The hotel manager tried to find alternative accommodation for us. Unfortunately, these did not meet the booked standard, and we would have had to be accommodated separately—an unacceptable option for us. Furthermore, the manager was unwilling to arrange shared accommodation for us at a higher price.
While we appreciate the manager's efforts, a bitter aftertaste remains, as there was no admission of fault from the hotel for the booking error. This would have been at least a sign of responsibility. All in all, this was a disappointing experience, and I hope the hotel improves its internal processes to prevent such situations in the future.
Das Zimmer (2), war sehr sehr sauber,geräumig,und das Bad erst, einfach wirklich groß und Platz für zwei Personen, da kann manch 5 Sterne Hotel träumen davon wirklich. Beispiele werde ich jetzt nicht erwähnen.
Und wenn es mich und meiner Begleitung wieder nach Samnaun bringt,denke ich sicher über das Hotel nach .
