Bed and Breakfast Wildrose in Berne

Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights and it was truly amazing! We received a warm welcome with lots of tips and historical information about Bern. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruits, cheese, sweets, and more. The rooms were also beautiful with comfortable beds and slippers provided. We would’ve loved to stay longer here. Perfect!

Sonya and Stefan were quintessential hosts and their bed and breakfast was such a delightful and comfortable place to stay. Cozy rooms, plentiful tips and recommendations, friendly cats, phenomenal breakfast. We really could not have asked for a better experience staying in Bern. Our daughter loved this place, as well. My wife and I stayed at the Wildrose B&B for 6 days in august 2022. The room were we stayed was as depicted in the pictures, large, with a comfortable bed and three windows from where we could see the garden and trees of the house and neighboring houses. A residential and quiet area. The wi-fi reception was very good. Every morning we enjoyed a varied breakfast during which we could get Sonya’s practical advice of things to do in Bern and surroundings. The B&B is a short walk to the tram stop that takes you to the center of Bern in a few minutes. I am planning a new trip to Bern next summer and will hopefully stay again a at the Wildrose.

Wildrose B&B was such a joy to stay at. Sonya and her husband are one of the most wonderful people you’ll ever meet. Sonya provided us with wonderful recommendations on how to get around the city along with attractions to visit. She also provided us with maps and was a wealth of knowledge on the city of Bern. The breakfast she provided was delicious and offered multiple dishes such as bread, cheese, cured meat, granola and a warm item. There are also two cats on the property that were adorable and so sweet. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. We stayed in the Belle Epoque room and it had a gorgeous view. We truly think our stay in Bern was made even more special because of Sonya and Stefan. We booked directly through her website and Sonya was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Also when booking directly through her website, she was more flexible with the dates because they’re normally closed on the weekends.

During my stay at WildRose, a charming bed and breakfast, I was thoroughly impressed. Sonya, the host, exhibited exceptional consideration for her guests, and her breakfast was a pure delight. I relished a delectable Swiss breakfast, thoughtfully presented on exquisite tableware, and comprised of healthy options.

What truly made an impression was Sonya's sincere concern for children, which has prompted me to consider bringing my kids along on my next visit. She provided a selection of toys to ensure that kids would stay entertained and comfortable during their stay. The rooms were cozy and meticulously maintained, each featuring a charming window that allowed the natural light to fill the space.

In conclusion, my experience at Wild Rose was exceptional. I felt well-cared for and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this establishment.

LOVED. THIS. PLACE. Sonya is the BEST host! My friend and I only stayed a couple nights, but in retrospect, we woulda stayed here the entire time. It's a beautiful house, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Sonya will cater to your schedule, and serves delightful breakfasts. She also can give you extremely helpful advice about where to go and how to get there. She went above and beyond to help us make the best of our trip in Switzerland. If you stay here, please take the time to chat with Sonya, and her husband when he's around, they are the sweetest people, and the best part of this b&b. Would 1000% stay here again, and I hope I can.

Everything about The Wildrose was perfect. The gardens were lovely and the view from our window was stunning. The beds were soft and cozy and the breakfasts were perfect. But the best part of our experience were the hosts. Sonya and Stefan were so welcoming and warm. They helped us navigate the city and gave wonderful reccomendations for places to see and eat in the city. I hope to go back if for no other reason than to visit with them and give their sweet cats some much deserved pets. I can't reccomend this wonderful B&B enough.
