Forget about reviews until July 2021 (different hotel/owner)!!! The best boutique hotel, great location with a breathtaking view of Lucerne, the lake and the mountains. Completely renovated hotel with great attention to detail. Beautifully decorated restaurant, winter garden with terrace and full window invites you to linger. Great atmosphere, great chef and very friendly staff.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at, stunning interior design with high quality furnishings. The food in the restaurant is exquisite.

Delightful view of the city (especially at night) convenient location for car tourists, calm atmosphere. Excellent service (if the heaters are cold), the staff also speaks Russian. You can play the piano :)

We stopped in transit for three nights, focusing on the low price. We got an excellent three-ruble note for this price with a gorgeous view of the city, mountains and lake. Officially the hotel is called Peak, but everywhere it is listed under the old name Himmelrich (we were a little confused at first, but there were no problems, so you can ignore it). Good cuisine on the menu, but breakfast is a bit poor (paid separately). WLAN (wifi) works really well only on the ground floor. In the room, the connection was only at the window. All the staff (at least those 4 people with whom we had a chance to contact) speak Russian and are very friendly. In general, with minor cons, the pluses of the location and service are undeniable. I recommend to everyone!

The hotel is extremely abandoned, it looks like no maintenance has been done for years. There is no TV or Wi-Fi in the rooms. Heating wasn't working either. The sauna has not worked for a year. The historic style of the building hasn't been kept, rooms have been decorated with very poor taste. A pity, considering the wonderful views. At it's current state, this is NOT a 3 star hotel.

Gorgeous views from this hotel, but rooms are *very* basic - no basic amenities like tea/coffee making facilities, broken chair, rotting boards on the balcony, linen in the bathroom has holes, linen on the bed has stains and holes, no space to hang clothes, no TV (not that we were expecting one), and the list goes on. Service was poor - no one at reception when we arrived, and that was not out of hours. Noise carries throughout the hotel. Pity, because the view from here is fantastic.

Remote located hotel with great views. Rooms are older and need updating. Service doesn't seem to be important to workers there which is a shame since the hotel has alot of potential. Overall it's good for a one night stay. Just be careful of how much you pay for it since my wife and I paid much more than what the hotel actually offered in regards to the overall experience. Pay the extra money and stay in Lucerne

very hard to get there, but it is worth.

Great view high up on a hill, friendly receptionist, but there's no one at reception at night
