My husband and I stayed here for about a week over my birthday in December. The staff was absolutely amazing, room was neat and tidy, breakfast was supreme. Everything was perfect! Best of all, the views from our room were astonishing. We absolutely loved being close to the city, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Fantastic view, staff was friendly, breakfast selection was quite small which prompted us not to book it.

Room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The way to the hotel is very narrow just be aware.

I truly don’t understand why this hotel has such a low rating. We loved absolutely everything about it. There’s a wonderful spa, very delicious breakfasts, and beautifully designed rooms. The view from the windows is breathtaking in every direction. Dinner was also excellent. The staff were very attentive and polite. The hotel is indeed located on a mountain and a bit further from the city, so it’s best suited if you’re traveling by car. However, for us, this location was a big advantage, as the surrounding nature is simply incredible.

The hotel is new and clean, but the breakfast here is like a joke. It has no content and the breakfast is very ordinary, much more ordinary than expected. One person is responsible for preparing and setting the table and everything, and the breakfast table is very limited with a dirty kitchen background, which makes you not enjoy breakfast. The person in charge of cooking eggs also served burnt chicken to us in bed. During our two nights of stay, the water in the room was not charged, and in addition to all this, the receptionist behaved very badly with me. I booked four rooms that were placed on three floors of the hotel and the rooms were on the same floors but they did not give them to us. To pay for the room, my card was limited in payment and did not give the room until the full payment was made. I gave cash to take the room, but still he did not treat me nicely at all and there was no friendliness. I did not like the arrival and breakfast of the hotel at all, but the view of the rooms is very attractive, especially the corner rooms that have both a mountain view and a lake view.

The name of this hotel is four stars, but the hotel receptionist is clearing the breakfast tables. The sheets of the rooms are in the hotel entrance hallway, no one carries your luggage here, and the confusion in their service is quite clear. If you want a good view, it is a good hotel, but if you expect respect and service, it is not a good place at all, and it is not even close to the money you pay.

Beautiful view, but everything else fell short. The hotel feels outdated and poorly maintained — bathroom with no door, broken curtains, unusable safe and coffee machine with no coffee. Breakfast was understaffed, food presentation poor and even our coffee arrived spilled. For the high price, the experience was disappointing. Not recommended.

Forget about reviews until July 2021 (different hotel/owner)!!! The best boutique hotel, great location with a breathtaking view of Lucerne, the lake and the mountains. Completely renovated hotel with great attention to detail. Beautifully decorated restaurant, winter garden with terrace and full window invites you to linger. Great atmosphere, great chef and very friendly staff.

Delightful view of the city (especially at night) convenient location for car tourists, calm atmosphere. Excellent service (if the heaters are cold), the staff also speaks Russian. You can play the piano :)

We stopped in transit for three nights, focusing on the low price. We got an excellent three-ruble note for this price with a gorgeous view of the city, mountains and lake. Officially the hotel is called Peak, but everywhere it is listed under the old name Himmelrich (we were a little confused at first, but there were no problems, so you can ignore it). Good cuisine on the menu, but breakfast is a bit poor (paid separately). WLAN (wifi) works really well only on the ground floor. In the room, the connection was only at the window. All the staff (at least those 4 people with whom we had a chance to contact) speak Russian and are very friendly. In general, with minor cons, the pluses of the location and service are undeniable. I recommend to everyone!
