Boutique Hotel BS16 bevor Bern City

When we arrived (colleague and I) both rooms were not cleaned. 2 different rooms on different floors. That's not possible for a hotel. There are no bottled water in the room... and the toilet flush doesn't work either. We will definitely never go back to this hotel. It's a shame because the premises are really nice.

……..I chose the hotel because hotels in Bern are apparently only intended for very wealthy customers. The connection to the S3 and thus a quarter of an hour's drive to the city make the modern, converted station house a good choice. Parking directly at the house for 6 euros. The personnel-saving check-in at a terminal worked without any problems. Rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller. However, everything was very clean. Bed is comfortable but in two parts. much too narrow for 2 large people. For reasons of sustainability, the rooms were not air-conditioned. Since the railway line is in the immediate vicinity and you can also hear the busy street, it is difficult to sleep with the window open. I don't even want to know how warm it gets in the rooms in midsummer. There is no breakfast, but you can get it in the well-stocked shop in the station.
Conclusion, the approach that the operator has come up with is good, but not thought through to the end.

- Noisy hotel, you can hear the neighbors.
-Poor quality bed, feeling like sleeping in a funnel.
-Rooms reserved and paid for over the internet, and when we got the room cards from the machine, we had to pay again to be able to take the cards. After a check, it was paid twice….
- Unclean rooms, flies, hair ...
-And we were 6 people, and all are unanimous
So, I do not recommend this establishment.
