We had an overall good stay. The location was excellent — very close to both bus and train stops, which made getting around really easy. The room had everything we needed: a functional kitchen, a comfortable bed, and decent bathroom amenities. The only downside was that the internet connection was quite intermittent, which made it a bit inconvenient at times. Aside from that, everything else was fine. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we would consider booking here again.

Dramatic unprofessional, money greedy organization. Makes 0 effort to accommodate me as a guest. Does not fit in my great experiences as a welcomed guest in numerous cities/hotels/appartements which I have visited in Switzerland. Stay clear of this place and appartements run by HITrental.

Wow what a unique check-in experience. Blame it on my lack of information that I missed their email for check-in instructions. I was expecting someone at reception for check-in. But it is just like check-in into any independent apartment where you find box with key for which you need code. We reached without this knowledge and had to call them and things were sorted out quickly. They do take luggage if you reach before check-in time. We had good overall experience. Migros is in nearby building for all your need. Train station allmend/Messy is nearest station and also bus stop is also very near. The functional kitchen made our life easy.

booked this place for my family, including three kids, expecting a safe and comfortable stay based on the listing and reviews. Unfortunately, it was a complete nightmare. The property was in an unacceptable condition—unsafe, poorly maintained, and nowhere near what was advertised. It was as “ghetto” as can be. We had to find other accommodation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Completely disappointing and not family-friendly as advertised.

Cost-effective apartment. Almost everything is equipped in the room for living, except the washer and dryer not in the room, but in the property.
Little dark walking passes at night, but the buses come frequently and also train come 2-3 times every hour, and about 7 min walk from the train station, 4 min from the bus stop

The apartments are clean, safe and comfortable to stay. Tanita and her team are very friendly and willing to accommodate out requests. The check in process was smooth once receiving the email notification for the pin to get our key. In our case, we arrived a little earlier and Tanita was so nice and grant the room access for us. The amenities inside apartments are nice for family stay. The hotel location is convenient for the 10 minutes commute to central train station, ferry and bus hub by taking No. 20 bus with the cheapest fee (2CHF) . Our day trips to Mt. Pilatus and Mt. Rigi were delightful. Thanks again to Tanita and all staff.

Run down, dirty, very very basic apartment. Cramped room with 3 beds and a kitchen table. Actually feel dirty being in this place. Images on *********** and trip advisor don't show what it's really like. Actually attempted to book in somewhere else for tonight only there was nothing else available. The instructions to get into the apartment block didn't describe how to get in, we had to ask people going in and out. I would deft not stay here again and it's took the shine off Lucern altogether. We loved Thun and the place we stayed was great, I would think Lucerne would be better if we didn't stay here. Like being a student again.

Very congested rooms , with smelly bathrooms with no drainage of water. The water was literally backflowing from bathroom into room And we had rooms on different floors so we couldnt cook food properly. Dont book ! They are very rude and on the name of service they are ZERO !
