Acasa Suites

We had a great 6 night stay over Christmas. The hotel was very clean, and offered everything we needed. It was also convenient to the airport, train station, and grocery, which we appreciated all week. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, but we especially appreciated David Blanco. Upon arrival he made us feel very welcomed, and was super friendly and caring. He took the time to help us get familiarized with the hotel, the area, and he even gave us a list of things we should check out in Zurich during our visit. It was fun seeing David throughout the week, and he always made sure to say hi and check in on us. We appreciated him and everyone else who worked over the Christmas Holiday so we could enjoy our vacation.

I must update this review to express how much I really appreciated the wonderful treat we had from Attila and Leila. They did all their best for us to have a pleasant time in the hotel and Zurich.

The hotel rooms are spacious and modern we really loved the room style and the amenities used.

Definitely, a place to come back and stay in again.

A very warm place to stay while visiting Switzerland. Very nice ambience. Clean rooms, well equipped. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. Great bathrooms. Nice dinning area. Great variety of breakfast items at the breakfast bar. Great restaurant. Very helpful and courteous staff, always smiling and welcoming. All in all, a great place to stay, very close to the Zurich area. Grocery store is also very close, Burger King, Subway and McDonalds are located very close and are open until late, which is an added advantage since most restaurants close early and if you are out late, these fast food joints save you from sleeping hungry. Just a 3 minute walk to Oerlikon train station. Take a train from here and you will be in Zurich within 10 minutes. Will save you loads of money compared to staying in Zurich. You can take the train from Oerlikon to any corner of Switzerland. There are direct and connecting trains to most cities of Switzerland.

Highly recommend if you like quite surroundings, but can easily and quickly get to the main station in Zurich and airport.

- friendly staffs. One is practicing Sommelier and I was impressed by her. Nice selections of wine.

- high quality bedding but be warned that the pillows are as twice as THICK as normal Swiss pillows. I found this out at midnight when I was too tired to ask for another type of pillows. Resulting in me using towels as pillow :'-D

- easy and quick check in and check out. I hope they told me beforehand that they need 200 Franc as deposit at check in.

- haven't had time to use any facilities, so no comment on that :'(

Restaurant: the surprise. I ate here by chance and ate the best food in Zurich. A dinner full of high quality food cooked and served wonderfully by Martina and Elisabetta. (Rating 10)
Highly recommended hotel

Great hotel with great amenities. Can be a little on the expensive side, but it shows. Rooms are well maintained, large, and comfortable. Seriously, they need to tell me where they got their bed and duvet from. Haven’t slept that well in my life!

Restaurant and bar downstairs has a nice modern atmosphere. Prices match the rooms, but the service was quick and the food was good.
