The location of the hotel is very good, just very near the sightseeing point. The breakfast was also good. Another things was that they had free car park under the building.

My one night stay was pleasant. I was given free parking, a city guide and a free public transport pass for the duration of my visit. Exemplary customer service. The only thing that brings it down a star overall is that it is attached to an old folks residential home. Breakfast was included in the price and was very worth having even if the Birchermeusli was a little too sweet for my taste.

The hotels in Switzerland are more expensive than elsewhere, but I paid less for a 4star in Bastogne Belgium. So no airconditioning, no fridge, shower with curtain, no shelves in bathroom, small room. But very good breakfast between the old folks (breakfast is served in rich old folks home) and free parking in garage. And in old part of Sankt Gallen.

Very unpleasant experience as we were on a business trip. We wanted a double room with a double bed. They do not have those at all in the hotel but we were not told. Unfortunately we did not check the email with confirmation as we were busy with work. When we came to check in I was told we have to find something else. So I went and did so. When I came back for my car they charged us 158 chf for the room because we already took the key. And receptionist did so with a fake smile on her face. Such a shame. Never going back to this hotel again.

Calm, quiet, and very functional. I was in town for a conference and this hotel was perfectly situated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I really liked this hotel combined with the senior facility. The service was excellent, the room perfect for 2, and the location to the old town wonderful!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect location to walk to abbey library etc, very centralized. Friendly staff and complimentary parking. Good breakfast. Room size is small but manageable, value for money.
