The location of this hotel is perfect for the lake. Right opposite the ferry terminal. The restaurant is lovely with seating across the road next to the lake and at the hotel, inside and out with an excellent menu. Breakfast is served at the hotel and has a good selection of hot and cold foods. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English. We had parking in the Migros underground carpark, 10 minutes...

we booked the boutique hotel because we were visiting Moon and Stars in Ascona. A great tip for one night. Disadvantage, despite cleanliness, location, etc. no storage space, similar to Motel One in all places in Europe. You can't stay there for weeks. But we had a great time.

Pretty Loved the room and setting, but the mattress was quite hard and was not aware I would be on the third floor after climbing several flights of garden stairs. My suitcase was quite large, I was offered help so it was no problem. It just would have been nice to know!

It's a calm and quiet place tucked away. The staff here is super kind. They're the definition of hospitality.

The personel makes it a good stay! Good location, good basic service, garage! WiFi etc, it have an aura from the 80's and the personel makes it having a high rating.
