The room was clean with several of the lamps broken, with one having a faulty switch and the other just dangling from the cable. The bathroom passed the blacklight test which is great, unfortunately the carpet did not, with some funky stains all over the place which would explain the smell we encountered. Staff was very kind and professional. The Rooms face a golf course and the mountains, so are very quiet and the view is great. We'd return surely if going back in the region.

Hotel Elite is a nice hotel with Fantastic views of the Swiss Alps. The rooms have recently been updated and look quite nice. The breakfast in the morning very good and has plenty of variety. Service is nice and friendly. I’m sure I’ll be back again soon.

I stay for the weekend at Hotel Belmont in Crans Montana and it was very nice. The room I was in had amazing views of the mountains and was quite comfortable. There service was very friendly and helpful through out my stay. Breakfast was provided each morning and was ok, not a lot of options but was fine with me.

Location is obviously great, fondue was really good. Service at the table was good but the welcome team was not friendly at all. The manager had a huge argument with a ski instructor who was there with a couple. Regardless who was right or wrong, he was extremely rude, agressive and loud. At a supposedly 5 star hotel/restaurant, this is simply not acceptable.

We went to eat at the restaurant yesterday. We were a group of seven people, including one with reduced mobility. The food was delicious and we ate very well. The only negative point is that when you spend CHF 700 on a meal, you still have to pay CHF 50 for a car to take you back up to the ski lift, with one person with reduced mobility... that left us feeling a bit disappointed.

Location was phenominal, being midway up the mountain we enjoyed wonderful views as well as getting a head start on skiing. Facility was lovely, particularly enjoyed the limited number of guests. Staff were great, very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful trip to Crans-Montana and to this incredible hotel. Remy and all the staff there treated us with kindness and were so helpful in making our stay extraordinary. We booked a long weekend for my wife's 40th birthday- we wanted a cosy, authentic, boutique hotel with great service, food, views and late summer hikes. To say the stay was perfect is an understatement. All the team were attentive to our needs and helped make my wife's birthday a weekend to remember. We will return!

A fantastic welcome, a superb location, a stunning view, a superb breakfast, and a wonderfully peaceful night. Unbeatable price in Crans-Montana. The building shows its age but is very well maintained. The same goes for the furnishings, although the bathroom looks brand new.

This hostel is very well decorated. There is wide choice of rooms. Breakfast is excellent. Location wise it is very close to Crans (walking distance) and reasonably close to the lifts.

Good, clean, but not very internationally oriented or atmospheric (mainly Swiss visitors). I wouldn't even call it a youth hostel when we visited. Still, great for a place to sleep. :)
