Nice hotel with very friendly staff, beautiful rooms and nice pool. Food was however not worth the price. If you go there take the pasta, it is delicious. Or wait until their previous cook comes back after COVID19.

Highly recommend this hotel - it's friendly & casual & extremely well located. Go for superior double as the standard we had this trip was small. On stays in the past we have always had much bigger rooms. If you are looking for slick & modern you won't find that here. Helvetica has more of a traditional vibe & nicer & quieter for it.

I’ve been coming here for the last few years with my family because it is not only the most practical solution (ie there are apartments, not only rooms, in this hotel) but also because it is generally wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there’s a pool and a play room, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the view is breathtaking… and you can set up a baby monitor and go to the bar...

Very Disappoint with the Breakfast and one of the Staff She was very miserable most morning. Breakfast was very boring same every day very little variety ( what we were surprise about was if you wanted a Omelette or a Fried Egg you would have to pay Extra ) Not good for a 4 Star Hotel!!!

Beautiful hidden gem in the middle of Valais. Excellent recommendation whenever you need a break from the city and especially for a romantic getaway. The restaurant’s menu is perfect and the quality of the ingredients is amazing. The staff provided a great service making the overall experience hard to forget. We can’t wait to come back soon.

I'm lost for words... every aspect of our stay was wonderful and full of good surprises. The staff were delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was stylish. The rooms spotless. The bed heavenly. The food sumptuous. The spa luxurious. We were chauffeured to and from the slopes. Oh and the breakfasts... My advice - book this place immediately. And eat in - you won't regret it!

The Robinson is located in the center of Crans, restaurants, bars, discos, shopping. The location is also ideal if you want to be close to the start of the ski lifts located just behind the hotel at a good hundred meters! Full of advantages for a budget without surprises.

Hotel central and close to the gondola. The superior room is very large, it feels like home. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Very good value for money.

We stayed for a weekend and hade a very good expérience. The rooms are clean and bigger than on photo. We ate in Lebanese restaurant and enjoyed the delicious mezze. The staff was always friendly and correct. After forgetting my favorite shirt it got send to our home address, so they reallygo thr extra mile for tge customers.

It's very, very well located. Near the golf, far and close to the center of Crans. But it's old, room are small... Needs to upgrade the rooms asp. Service is good for a 4stars hotel.

A little dull on the outside but definitely makes up for it from the plush interiors , well furnished public spaces and elegant hallways. Polite and professional staff available for any query. We had booked the place for our graduation dinner and the venue lived up to its expectations.

When I stayed here with the Michigan Ambassadors of Music, it was a very excellent stay. Breakfast was adequate and the dinners served for us were excellent every time! They do offer laundry service, but it is a little bit expensive. The room wasn't big, but it was fine. The view from the balcony was an incredible one, though.

My family and I stayed here in December 2021. The location is second to none as we were on the gondola in minutes and also minutes from town. The food was very good and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Is there anything better after a day in the snow than a swim in the hotel spa? We cannot wait to got back.

Really nice hotel. Our rooms looked like they were from the sixties, but they were clean and warm. However, this hotel shines regarding the food, service and pool. Also it's right next to the ski-lift.

Perfect location opposite the ski lift. Staff very friendly and looking after your need. Some rooms are more spacious then other. Also just a few minutes walk to the centre if town.

I was fortunate enough to attend a function hosted here. I do not reside in Europe. The views were spectacular, the food was phenomenal (I cannot rave enough about the food) and best of all there was snow. I had a memorable experience and crossing fingers so I can go back and stay at the hotel.

The stay in this hotel is really exceptional. The staff around the clock are very helpful and cheerful. They hesitate to make your stay memorable. Best place in summer if you want to enough Sun.

Everything! The property is perfect, looks just like in the pictures. Everything was spotlessly clean, everything we needed was there. This is one of the best places to stay on during your vacation in Crans-Montana. The facilities is exceptional and the view is breathtaking. Services is a 6 stars and the staff are courteous specially the General Manager Michel Barbato. This is my second time here and now planning to stay here next year.

Stunning hotel. Like never before. Modern and sophisticated stunning views of the whole rigion. This is the place to see and be seen. Elegant hotel with views of the surrounding hills. When the sun shines or when it's cloudy. The place to hang out 8s by the fire place right outside the lobby.

Isolated resort on the top of the mountain. It’s just so beautiful. Other reviewers remarked that the menu price is a bit expensive (CHF 100), but eating a la carte is much cheaper, so don’t let this be your main concern. Dinner was quite nice and breakfast amazing.

Amazing view from the hotel and restaurant superb architecture both inside and outside. Food tasted amazing and was nicely presented. Service was a bit disappointing for the price you pay. Expensive but expected for a place with food of this quality and stunning view.

Computer systems were down today, as a result service was chaotic. Sammy, the owner, was loosing it. Usually, this is a fantastic spot especially when sunny on the deck. You must to reserve a table.

How anyone can rate this place anything less than 5 stars amazes me. I was on a golfing weekend with a friend. We were playing Crans Montana which was only a 10-15 minute drive away. Due to our tee off times we had to leave before breakfast was supposed to be served but the owners were more than happy to accommodate us. If you want to stay in a comfortable stress free hotel this is the place to stay. It’s comfortable swiss chalet style very homey. The staff went above and beyond for us arranging the hotel shuttle bus to and from everyday to the ski slopes they even drove us in the middle of the day to pick up our ski from the ski hire shop and at the end of our stay drove us back to drop everything off. We was with our husky and we wanted to profit from the sauna. The lady in the reception look our boy until we was in the spa . Really nice people, polite and the hotel is very good with comfortable bed and amazing view of the valley.
