Dining at Chetzeron is as much about the setting as it is about the food. Perched high above Crans-Montana, the panoramic mountain views are absolutely breathtaking and set the tone for a special experience from the moment you arrive.
The food is refined and thoughtfully presented, with a strong focus on quality ingredients and alpine-inspired flavors. Dishes are elegant and well-executed, showing creativity without being overly complicated. Some plates truly shine, while a few feel more restrained than expected for such a spectacular location.
Service is professional and attentive, though at times a little formal, and the overall atmosphere is calm and sophisticated—perfect for a long, leisurely lunch or a special occasion.

Location is obviously great, fondue was really good. Service at the table was good but the welcome team was not friendly at all. The manager had a huge argument with a ski instructor who was there with a couple. Regardless who was right or wrong, he was extremely rude, agressive and loud. At a supposedly 5 star hotel/restaurant, this is simply not acceptable.

We went to eat at the restaurant yesterday. We were a group of seven people, including one with reduced mobility. The food was delicious and we ate very well. The only negative point is that when you spend CHF 700 on a meal, you still have to pay CHF 50 for a car to take you back up to the ski lift, with one person with reduced mobility... that left us feeling a bit disappointed.

Location was phenominal, being midway up the mountain we enjoyed wonderful views as well as getting a head start on skiing. Facility was lovely, particularly enjoyed the limited number of guests. Staff were great, very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel is majestic! The architecture is truly extraordinary. The view from the rooms - WOW! Personally, I didn't like much the dinner menu and the options for vegetarians. They took 'ages' to bring us the check after dinner. However, the breakfast options are very good! Thank you

Great facilities, spectacular view, nice personnel, however not easy to access ( the best way via ski or snowboard). There's no special rate for the parking - you need to use a public parking 2.5 CHF per hour. Fridays evening and Saturday noon are overcrowded in the hotel restaurants.

A great place to spend a couple of nights even out of ski season. Rooms are amazing -- as the restaurant is. There are lots of hiking trails around, a small golf putting range, a badminton net and a pool to enjoy during the day. And views! Breathtaking from everywhere: room, restaurant, pool.

We spent the most beautiful weekend among the mountains celebrating a family wedding. The staff and facilities were as exceptional as the views. The food was delicious and the drinks flowed freely - it was a memorable stay for everyone, and comes highly recommended (pardon the pun)
