Beds are OK. Rooms are clean, showers are great. The food is excellent in comparison to any 3 star hotel in Europe 🇪🇺 the beer is nice. The views are stunning. Good parking availability, even for coaches. ( I'm a coach driver with a group of 55 people, 50 teenagers and 5 teachers.) Everyone is happy with there rooms and the food. The staff are amazing. Especially Carol in reception, the owner himself And a fantastic French gentleman I didn't get the name of who seems to do any and All jobs. The decor is beautiful and I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

someone threw up on my ski bag. “pillows” thinner than paper when you lay on them. staff was ok. i got yelled at for having accidentally taken the smaller plate. mattresses caved in. ski material room smelled terrible. view was fine.

We can 100% recommend the hotel and the entire team!

We spent an extended weekend from Friday to Sunday with a group of over 150 people at the Hotel Alpine Classic. From our very first contact with the sales department until the end of our stay, we were impressed by how professional and smooth the entire collaboration was.

Every single one of our guests told us their expectations had been exceeded! The rooms were always clean, the staff was extremely friendly, the large hall was set up exactly as we had discussed, and the food was absolutely delicious!

What we appreciated most was the incredible flexibility and friendliness of the staff. We’ve already booked our dates for next year and are certain we’ll keep coming back for many years to come!

Beautiful scenery! Amazing food! The room could have held probably 6 people in the bunks, more if they're friendly. A good space and since we were there in the summer, it was quiet. The elevation is 4248 feet (1,295 meters). If you have breathing issues, you might want to skip the visit. I saw a Mom on a bicycle towing her kid to get up the hill/mountain. Those folks are sturdy! Very beautiful town. The shopkeepers were all so nice.

I'll be honest, the hotel is good only for spending the night, having breakfast in the morning and going on. Breakfast was like 7,5/10. I was in this hotel in June and I don't know what it's like during the ski season. Maybe in the winter it's pretty good, but in the summer it's only for spending the night and move. However, the view was wonderful

We are not used to staying at a level of property as this. I’d give it 1.5 stars. The pillows were horrible, the towels were something you might find at a High School gym.

1. The shower bracket was broken so the shower head kept falling off. 2. There were red and brown stains on the walls and curtains. 3. The ropes on the flag poles outside were tapping all night. However, the staff on the reception and bar were friendly and helpful. The young lady working at the bar was lovely. There was also a microwave oven at the bar that guests could use to warm up snacks. I expect you could warm baby food and milk there as well. Leysin itself doesn’t really have much to offer visitors apart from skiing and a few gift shops. The pavements in Leysin have not been very well maintained and there were loose cobbles that could pose a hazard to older people or children. Neither would it be suitable for those in a wheelchair or using walkers as Leysin is situated on a long, winding road leading up a hill to a ski lift at the top. A small railway in Leysin takes you down to nearby Aigle that has more in the way of shops as well as a railway station and bus station. It also has a few beggers, so be careful!

great "basecamp" for your alpine adventures
the staff was very friendly and the breakfast offered great choices. my room
had a nice view. parking was free, room rate was very reasonable. what else can i ask for? 5 star. i enjoyed it a lot. many thanks

(it is true that the rooms and corridors will need some renovation at some point, but currently at this price point it would very unfair to criticize that. you get what you pay for. and even more, if you have any idea of swiss prices, you will apreciate this place a lot)
