i really liked the place people there and the staff are very familiar to us i dont have much to say about plumboreef the General Manager was very close to us since the day we arived the bar tenders saved us the drinks on time i really appreciate their service

Palumbo is exactly as advertised. Great family holiday Good views Excellent service! The beach was cleared of sea grass every day! The food was fresh and well presented Catered for every taste and preference Felt really safe during our stay!

We went to Polumboreef for our honeymoon with our little baby girl. The staff were kind, caring and always wanted to know how our little girl felt (after some fever she had). The space as a whole is its own world. The island is found outside the walls. This said. I liked the food and this review is specialy for the chefs Mawadua Khamis and Madawa. Very nice fish and beef and all food , it is a very nice , relaxing place to be. I will add a picture of them . All people working here are simling and ask you how are you , they are so nice and polite

We loved having a 3 bedroom suite with a living area and private baths for all. So nice to be all together yet in our own space, The food was good and the service was too! Unfortunately the property isn't licensed. That's the only hesitation I would have on returning.

The staff received us very warmly and the three bedroom villa we shared was comfortable, the beds were soft enough and pillows very fluffy. Ali was very helpful and on call to ensure we enjoyed our two nights stay. The resort does not serve alcohol but he was able to organize for us what we wanted from outside moreover late in the night. The pool is clean and quiet. Generally a very good place to chill...

Stayed at the place for 5 days.everything was excellent. food was good . villas were clean and spacious and the private pool option bomb. check-in/check-out was super efficient. the beach just wowed us very clean and Christal clear waters. the place is a dry place so plan accordingly. wi-fi is fast and stable throughout the place. excellent place for family or couples get away. Everything about this resort was great, accommodation was very good, big room, with a great shower / bathroom. The food was good, enjoyed the different culture food every night. We met great people, still friends after the trip, we did most of the excursions together. Will be back if we can!

The hotel is beautiful. I had a rest. People are so kind and helpful, always smiling and spreading positive energy. I LOVED the food. Everyday we had something delicious. Soups were my favourite! A Lot of salads and yummy drinks. I want to come back soon again!

Great spot for a restful getaway. All staff very friendly and helpful. This resort seems to be popular with big groups. So you may need to wait a little to get checked in (or get help in general) but don't worry, you will be attended to very soon. Rooms clean and comfy - basic, but what more do you need? It's a beach resort with great weather, so I was only in the room to sleep and shower anyway...

The resort was amazing, perfectly situated on the beach. Drinks were good and lot of variety available. The food was also good despite being a buffet option for the all inclusive package. The only negative was the rooms are not as fancy or as well maintained but it was good enough, comfortable and cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend for a family stay. The evening entertainment was really fun...

the final bill was higher than what we used, so... The check-out time is until 10, although when we ordered in the online system it was written that until 11 o'clock. Staying in the room until 11 was not allowed. The food is delicious, but I saw the waiter putting the food that fell out back into the dish. Some of the staff are very polite, but certainly not all. The location is great, the beach too...

A lot of pluses and one huge minus. First of all, the beach is divine - clean, very vast at low tide, practically empty. I stayed in a bungalow on the beach and I just loved waking up to the view. The bungalow itself is fine, bed comfortable, just the bathroom could be cleaner and refurbished a bit (very low water pressure, very dim light, fungus in the shower). We’ve travelled to several different accommodations across Zanzibar and we have found the absolute best one by far. The bungalow we stayed had a fan, air-conditioning, pool, bar, restaurant and was a stones throw away from the ocean and separated from us by a clean, sparkling white beach. Wonderful place. Amazing interior design in the entrance that creates a lovely spirit. We had a very nice stay. Swimable beach, nice breakfast and friendly staff. The only drawback was that the water cut for a short time every once in a while.
