OYO 664 Nara Hotel Restaurant and Bar in xamphwa

Service is very bad! The girl in the reception (bleached shoulder length hair) was VERY RUDE! The bar and ambiance in the restaurant is amazing but the woman in the hotel reception is unbelievably no manners at all. It's sad but maybe that's just how she is. We ended up sLeeping in another place.

I checked in on June 9th, 2024, in room 301. The room was spacious and had a refrigerator and towels, but no soap or shampoo, which wasn't a problem as I brought my own. There were three bathrooms on each floor, like a hostel. The room was not soundproof at all. The people in the next room were talking very loudly, making it impossible to sleep until 4 am. I barely slept at all. I messaged the accommodation but received no reply. I just had to accept it. If you're planning to stay here just to sleep and then leave the next day, I'm telling you, you won't get any sleep. I recommend the accommodation provider look after their guests. While I was sleeping, I saw teenagers walking around smoking outside, right next to my room. There was a window in the wall, and I felt very unsafe. The smell of cigarette smoke wafted out of my room. Most importantly, there was very little parking.

The room cost 800 baht. It was a large room, but there was no soap or bottled water. The bathroom was dirty and moldy. It was very noisy; the room wasn't soundproof at all. They finished singing karaoke at midnight. For this price, you'd be better off staying somewhere else. I also checked in late at night, and the accommodation was in the same bar as the hotel.

We had a very bad experience in this hotel...we arrived and they gave our room to others even tho we had confirmed booking coz we arrived past midnight. The front desk staff was very rude and had luck of compassion (Pawinee). She even blame us for not informing we will arrive after midnight. Tho I tried to call the contact number and no one answer also no reply from booking app msg. So we ended up staying another hour there before we get to move to another place. No sense of accountability and empathy!!! She even laugh when we left very unhappy! I really hope this experience will not happen to anyone!

It's the first time that I'm not impressed... have to sit and wait in front of the hotel to check in. which the staff is not in the hotel The whole hotel has only 1 person to take care of. The condition of the hotel inside looks old, dirty, not kept clean. Dirty and dusty floors, pillows, dirty sheets seem not replaced after old customers check out. on the back of the refrigerator There was some bird droppings on the blankets. The bathroom was dirty, had a musty smell. Smell of dust...unfortunately if taken care of would be pleasant

Not okay, bad service, speaking, not knowing about letting guests wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Call someone. Can't wait. Wait. Wait. When the key jump pops up. Do not tell guests a word, which floor, which room. Headache with service.
