The hotel provided a comfortable and quiet environment, which was ideal for focusing on my work. The room was well-equipped with a spacious desk and reliable Wi-Fi, ensuring productivity. The place is located in the old town and so expect the area to be very authentic with local shops and restaurants. It’s a building with 5 floors with an elevator only for your bags. The room was spacious with a balcony but everything very basic and stark. Location is okay, Bangkok is large city so you need to use Grab whatever you stay. Breakfast was eggs.
It was good value for the money and for economic places to stay in Bangkok was good with no bad surprises.

I always stay in this hotel when I come to Bangkok. This is a family owned business, they care about the customers.The room is clean and tidy, a small balcony you can relax with cup of tea. Delicious breakfast, staff are friendly, location close to Khao San and the pier. Also handy to catch the bus to the city centre and to the airport as well. Price is affordable. Highly recommended.

A place with a quiet vibe surrounded by **** smoking places. The area is permanently full with people getting high day or night, doesn’t matter (****) although the hotel have a special policy about it. Daily cleaning and breakfast enough with several possibilities (vegetarian or with allergies). Five floor hotel, no lift but a lift for the baggage. In the room you’ll find a kitchenette with a fridge, toilet and shower (no door, just a curtain) and a table and of course the bed (no springs mat but still kind of hard if you sleep on your side) The fridge is too much noisy for me and due is an open space you’ll hear it all night long. AA is very efficient and the windows have a decorated Cristal so, no views.

Clean, quiet and cozy place. Near a Buddhist temple. In the evening on the street quiet and calm. Hospitable hosts, polite and helpful staff. Regular and high-quality cleaning of rooms. Delicious and hearty breakfast. Convenient location to the piers on the river and canals. Nearby are the famous streets of Khao San and Rambuttri, the historical center of Bangkok (Rattanokosin Island) with picturesque temples and palaces.

The hotel is very old and rundown. The towels are frayed at rhe end, floor are creaky and the food was not all that great. Come to find out that a couple of days after our stay, the hotel will be closed until 2022 for renovation. Here is hoping that they will improve when they reopen.

We booked for 3 nights at this hotel. I felt the hotel is very old and lack of maintenance upon arrival. The location was remote. The room itself was spacious, but bed was squeaking, the chair had 2 nails exposed out that nearly hurt me. The air con was not working. After engineer worked on it, the air con was in full, and cannot lower the temperature. I had to ask for 2 blankets for the night or otherwise, I would have catched a cold. The shower temperature was just warm, as the rooms ambient is cold, I was shaking and had a few sneezes. My Mrs did not dare to have a shower. At 9pm, our taxi driver rang them for direction, but no answer, there was nobody at receiption till after 10pm. What a great ho..t...e.l service. We had to check out the next day. We moved to a boutique hotel at Siam area. The room was far better and was 400THB a night cheaper than this so call hotel. Good luck to you.

Great hotel. Beds are very comfy, air conditioning works well, mini-bar, room service, and a great patio area with full serve from the restaurant. We ate there each day to plan our day. As soon as we sat down she would turn on a portable air conditioner towards our table, and beer is served with a chilled mug! Small details like these make this a really nice place to be. Fantastic location, Grand Palace, the night market, Khao San road, zoo and many other attractions are all within walking distance. Very well worth the price of rooms.

Staff were friendly, and went out of the way to help you (for a 3 star hotel).
We checked in at 2am+, but the staff were pleasant and carried out their duties dutifully despite the late night.
The room was of average cleanliness. We found a few ants on the night stand. However, they disappeared after a couple nights.
Range of food was limited, but good for a hotel of its size.
Overall, it was a good experience. Would stay here again!

Always stay here when we have a meeting at the UN offices. Within walking distance. Great value for money. Largest breakfast selection I have yet to see. Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Clean pool.

Fantastic hotel with an excellent location! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We came here after having some quite unpleasant experiences in other hotels around and it’s honestly the best place you can find in centre Bangkok for couples backpacking. Clean, comfortable and super well located. Adorable staff.

I’ve been here around one week and fully satisfied with the choice. I was searching a place among the water channel. Was hesitating about the potential smell but didn’t have such issues in my room. Great place to stay: very helpful owner, very clean, good value for the money.

Wonderful place and wonderful staff - I ended up staying a month. Great value for money. (Note taxis need to pick you up or drop off on the big street less than a minute away due to construction - so be aware of this when you use grab for example, as the construction can mean they end up either side and the grab map isn’t great.)
