I used to come here many times with my family when I was a child, and this time we decided to return together with my boyfriend. We really loved our stay. The atmosphere was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing and slowing down. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a large, comfortable bed...

Although we booked a twin room, this room type was fully booked for some reasons and they offered a king room. As a result I was unable to sleep well… the garden room should be named more or less the parking and main road room… the hotel WIFI is totally pathetic and you will need your own 5G to stay comfortably… Having said that, breakfast was affordable (they had this buy one and get one free deal...

Everything is great. Clean, quiet, convenient, peaceful. It's like recharging my life energy. I love this place. 🏖️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Hotel was a little bit Outside. We booking normaly Standart Room, the Room was very Old and i think the owners should renew something inside. Specialy the Doors. On the Floor your hear all and some guest are not nice and very loud. The breakfast and the staff was nearly perfect. The price to the value was not so great.

Decent. It provided what we and our young children needed: Swimming pools, play area, direct beach access, gym. Breakfast is good, but not amazing. The outdoor areas are very nicely laid out. The room was great and view was superb!

We visit with our puppy and it is one of the most pet friendly resort in Rayong. We paid extra fee for our pet and we get a starter package that came with snacks for our dog. The room also come with puppy amenities include the bowl and bed.

I would like to recommend this hotel a lots. Good service from staff, they are all nice and friendly. Breakfast is great. A Room is big and clean. All hotel’s facilities is good and suite for a family.

This hotel is next to the beach and facilities are good such as swimming pool, activity in the hote.

Excellent! The service is top-notch. The housekeepers cleaned everything spotless, and items were replenished twice a day. Every staff member was incredibly polite. The hotel's private beach is very clean and absolutely perfect! The only downside is the lack of a 7-Eleven nearby, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient.

The Poem Hotel

This is my go to hotel when I'm in this area of Thailand. The location is perfect for the beach and all amenities and close to lots of fabulous restaurants. The staff have always been kind and friendly and answer any questions you may have. The rooms are spacious, clean and of a high standard. I will definitely be staying there again when I am in the area.

Lovely, silent place. Good breakfast bufe, but warm diches were cold. You can order omelet, so you can get something warm. Really good selection of special local sweet bites.

What to say. Very good accomodation. Big room. With everything you need. Big showerplace, soft bed, coffeecooker, hairdryer. A lot of mirrors. Big large breakfast. 2 swimming pools. From the hotel walk to the beach and sea.

The hotel has been renovated during the COVID-19. Renovated room looks clean, and modern. There are many mirrors per room, both inside and outside bathroom. Facilities are satisfying. There are public table tennis, badminton court with equipment, gym, many pools and whirlpool pool.

This hotel used to have chair and sun shelter on the beach but was removed. So disappointed. Can’t find reason to come back here again. Room is renovated which is good, but ac is still old one and noisy

Currently staying at Novotel Rayong again, after 6 months in Uk. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the place has had an upgrade, newly painted, brighter lobby, and gardens beautifully landscaped. The new Aussie GM has had a very positive impact!! The pools are spotless, and the rooms are feeling fresh, staff as lovely as ever, and a bit less “sleepy” !! Hopefully coming out of the pandemic will...

Very close to Laem Mae Phim, only a 10-minute drive. The hotel is large and beautiful with a swimming pool that closes at 8 PM. Breakfast is included. The room is very spacious. The hotel is a bit old, but overall it's okay.

The hotel is quite old, has a musty smell, and isn't very clean. The breakfast was pretty bad, with limited options.

Overall, it's pretty good and offers good value for money. There's a private beach with direct access to the sea, and it's very peaceful.

The atmosphere is wonderful. It's right on the beach, private, and very peaceful. The staff are lovely. Good facilities are provided, including a hairdryer. The restaurant overlooks the sea with a pleasant, cool breeze. Excellent value for money.

Pimpimarn Beach Hotel

This hotel is right by the beach with many food options available, but far from the Ban Phe pier. If you want quiet beach side, this would be perfect place.

The accommodation is right next to the sea. Personally, I think it's good.

The room is not clean, durian is not allowed but the smell of durian throughout the hotel is unacceptable. The pillows are not clean, the bed is not clean, the hotel is quite old, parking is not very convenient, the only good thing is that it is near the sea. The cleanliness should be improved a lot.

When booking, it said it was next to the sea, could see the sea, and the reviewed picture showed that the sea could be seen from both sides of the room, but in reality, there were only trees and very little sea view, and the width was very small, not suitable for families.

Good location and close to restaurants and the beach, nice staff. Minus because it was extremely noisy and both other people's grumpy children and the traffic was very audible. The AC also let down a little when I was going to raise the temperature.

The accommodation is acceptable, not bad, not very good. It is considered to be in the medium-good range.

No towels at very warm pool. Only the small towels provided for the room. Shower pathetically underpowered. Double bed was two singles pushed together.

The best thing about this hotel is the distance from the beach, just 2 minutes walk. Many seafood restaurants across the street. 7 Eleven is nearby. The location is just behind Pimpimarn hotel. This hotel is inexpensive and close to the sea. The staff provided excellent service. The room was large and clean. There was a TV, refrigerator, and water and coffee provided because it had a pleasant smell. The hotel also has an elevator. One downside is that there isn't much parking. Overall, it was okay.

Need to improve on the shower area it was leaking after shower .
