We have a premium suite room on the pool view with a balcony and could see the sea also. The room is very nice with a comfortable bed. The hotel has provided great service from reception, restaurant staff, and the housekeeper. We booked for 3 nights. We enjoyed our time so much here, and the kids asked to extend one move night. We definitely come here again.

Amazing hotel!!!! My husband fainted and received all the care he needed. He was taken to the hospital and a staff member accompanied him in my place, since I was taking care of our baby. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I loved this resort, the breakfast is wonderful. The staff would meet me and ask how my husband was doing. Great location overlooking the sea and Samed Island which it’s nice for our vacation and recreation; very big and beautiful swimming pools with jacuzzi.. Hotel breakfast is really good with lot of choices and delicious foods;

Quite old. I stayed in the front building which is far from the beach. The room and toilet are big but worn out. The swimming pool is abandon. That make the place is a bit creepy. The building that near the beach has nice sea view only if you stay in 6th floor and above. Breakfast is okay, Thai food is good. Staffs is okay. The hotel far from the beach. I came here many times whenever I visit Rayong. Their houses are very big but don't expect newly furnished furniture it's a little old The environment is very green and peaceful. The view of the ocean is wonderful but there are many rocks underneath and close to the resort. I would advise going out to nearby beaches by transportation.

Great scenic location. Rooms were nicely kept. Would have been 5 stars except for an incident regarding a misplaced towel... put all your towels out in clear sight upon departure.

In the heart of the village, very clean small rooms. Bargain prices. No breakfast, small parking area in front. Elevator. Our room was 504, great view. Very easy to walk across the street, food, bars. Local Thai food next door. Staff was outstanding and very helpful.

No towels at very warm pool. Only the small towels provided for the room. Shower pathetically underpowered. Double bed was two singles pushed together.

Clean, calm room, warm water, wifi, air conditioner. If you are not afraid of the expensive hotels around here, you will give five stars, so it's great. Very hospitable. Come and stay here. Have a good night and be happy for sure.

What to say. Very good accomodation. Big room. With everything you need. Big showerplace, soft bed, coffeecooker, hairdryer. A lot of mirrors. Big large breakfast. 2 swimming pools. From the hotel walk to the beach and sea.

The hotel has been renovated during the COVID-19. Renovated room looks clean, and modern. There are many mirrors per room, both inside and outside bathroom. Facilities are satisfying. There are public table tennis, badminton court with equipment, gym, many pools and whirlpool pool.

This hotel used to have chair and sun shelter on the beach but was removed. So disappointed. Can’t find reason to come back here again. Room is renovated which is good, but ac is still old one and noisy

Currently staying at Novotel Rayong again, after 6 months in Uk. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the place has had an upgrade, newly painted, brighter lobby, and gardens beautifully landscaped. The new Aussie GM has had a very positive impact!! The pools are spotless, and the rooms are feeling fresh, staff as lovely as ever, and a bit less “sleepy” !! Hopefully coming out of the pandemic will...

The view on the gorgeous riad and the beach, its a little paradise, the calmnes, the staff, the room, the thee with pancakes in the afternoon. Definitely come back here.

Great staff very customer minded, beautiful property but a rather stingy ownership

The room should have only cleaned the floor. Other parts were not clean at all. The toilet paper in the room was changed but it was damp and soggy. There was no tissue in the room. There were a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel staff were polite. The front desk staff spoke well, were polite, and helpful. The staff in the restaurant area didn't pay much attention to anything and there were a lot of flies...

The hotel is very spacious, the room is clean, just a few steps from the beach. It's okay, it feels like a real vacation, it's authentic. The breakfast is okay, not bad at all. The room price is 1600+, it's really okay. If I have a chance, I will definitely visit again.

The hotel is a bit dated, but rooms are clean and recently renovated. Breakfast was underwhelming but had the essentials. Don’t expect to be blown away by the service they aren’t a big commercial hospitality company with trained staff. Overall im satisfied with the stay.

Aircon filters were dirty in a few of the units we rented. Staff were happy to clean once notified. The grounds could be better cleaned up. The seafood buffet was good. The breakfast is across the road with a nice open air feel seaside seaview. Bungalows are adequate size, location is across the road from the shoreline.

Be careful about resort no.1 or 2. Do not get mix-up. We make a reservation at this one because we saw pictures of resort no.2 and it is not as what we expect. The front is not so friendly and seems not willing to solve any problems for you. The only 2 things that can compensate the weak point of it are a very recommended diving trip and a super seafood buffet dinner.
