Novotel Rayong Rim Pae in Mae Pim

We stayed at Rim Pae Resort, a place that holds a lot of memories for me. I used to come here many times with my family when I was a child, and this time we decided to return together with my boyfriend.

We really loved our stay. The atmosphere was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing and slowing down. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a large, comfortable bed. Everything felt well maintained and cozy, so we felt at home right away.

The only difference compared to my childhood memories was that we visited during the off-season. The beach was almost empty, and there were hardly any vendors or boats, whereas I remember it being much livelier before. Still, this calmness had its own charm and made the stay even more relaxing.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back again in the future!

Decent. It provided what we and our young children needed: Swimming pools, play area, direct beach access, gym. Breakfast is good, but not amazing. The outdoor areas are very nicely laid out. Many parts of the hotel seem to have seen better days.

The lack of attention to detail (=customer orientation) is striking. Some examples:
- There’s a leg press in the gym but no weights to attach to it, which makes it more or less useless.
- There are lots of small objects in the play area that babies could swallow.
- The play area only opens at 10 am because, according to the reception staff, the people supervising the children don't start work until then. However, not a single member of staff appeared in the play area during our stay.
- The front desk was pretty useless for most enquiries; language skills were a big issue.

You get what you pay for.

Although we booked a twin room, this room type was fully booked for some reasons and they offered a king room. As a result I was unable to sleep well… the garden room should be named more or less the parking and main road room… the hotel WIFI is totally pathetic and you will need your own 5G to stay comfortably…

Having said that, breakfast was affordable (they had this buy one and get one free deal) and very nice. The pools were great and my kids totally loved them. The hotel is very family friendly! I hope things will get better soon as we would like to come back again soon.

Everything is great. Clean, quiet, convenient, peaceful. It's like recharging my life energy. I love this place.

The Hotel was a little bit Outside. We booking normaly Standart Room, the Room was very Old and i think the owners should renew something inside. Specialy the Doors. On the Floor your hear all and some guest are not nice and very loud. The breakfast and the staff was nearly perfect. The price to the value was not so great.

This hotel is next to the beach and in the quite area. Only 1 restaurant near by.

This is one of the reviews which you are so happy and excited to write about this place is been maintained beautifully by Novotel and I would give the entire credit to the staff. every single thing functions perfectly even in the lean season says a lot about the mindset of the people running it right from the reception when you meet the duty manager Dang, dynamic lady lovely smiling as always and Amm who always receives you with a lot of love and affection can’t say enough about the bell boys yutthana was very happy to help us about places to go grab deliveries and cars coming to pick us up and any kind of information that you would look for.
Can’t tell you enough about the beautiful food, which was served us the entire period of one week, amazing chefs Nueng ,mam & por they took super care of us with making all menu options into vegetarian wow that was. The people who are working at the restaurant are simply lovely people to be with :- they go all the way out to help us out with allergies and vegetarian options to be created. Great people excellent communication every meal to order was a fun event when the restaurant manager Poom comes to you and with so much love Onuma serves it to you they are like a super happy family under one roof ,
it was that kind of a stay.
I would recommend this place to every single one for a long day or a short stay people and the resort just takes the cake.

The hotel had so many activities for kids and adults… from football and volleyball to several different pools. The gym was really nice and had everything you need for a full workout. I was also impressed that there was even a Starbucks inside the hotel area. The beach was beautiful and very photogenic, perfect for pictures and relaxing.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate the hotel’s facilities and cleanliness. There are three swimming pools, and the beach is within easy walking distance. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the happy hour deals are excellent.

The staff provided excellent service, especially the bartenders and the bellboys. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and had perfect water pressure, making the shower very satisfying. The breakfast was varied, and the staff were attentive. The room view was wonderful, overlooking the hotel’s swimming pool and beautiful garden.
