Ruenthairimhaad Resort in Mae Pim

Convenient and comfortable stay in peaceful location. Clean and well equipped room, two good sized pools with poolside bar. Private access to the beach where is clean and beautiful for a quick deep in.
Staffs are so friendly and helpful.
Only one thing would love to suggest is to have EV charging station. There's no charging station and staffs weren't aware of where would be the closest station. Unfortunately we ended up going to other hotel nearby to charge our car and having a big dinner and drink while we were waiting.

Went here for breakfast and did deal where 2 persons could eat for only 699 baht so one person free. It is a buffet from 730am to 1030am. All you can eat. Have to say the variety of food available was exceptional. From cereals, coffees, Asian dishes , pastries , salads pastas confectionery to western dishes breads it was fantastic and tremendous value. Easy to communicate with waitresses and service was great. Definitely will return. Highly recommended.

Located in a very quiet and nice beach. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well kept room, with a good size and comfortable bed and pillows; except the extra bed we've requested to our daughter, that was not very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, could have better quality bread and coffee. Restaurant has good options for lunch and dinner, but beverages are not great quality: mocktails were good, but cocktails were not very well made; wine and spirits list is very limited.

Decent. It provided what we and our young children needed: Swimming pools, play area, direct beach access, gym. Breakfast is good, but not amazing. The outdoor areas are very nicely laid out. Many parts of the hotel seem to have seen better days.

The lack of attention to detail (=customer orientation) is striking. Some examples:
- There’s a leg press in the gym but no weights to attach to it, which makes it more or less useless.
- There are lots of small objects in the play area that babies could swallow.
- The play area only opens at 10 am because, according to the reception staff, the people supervising the children don't start work until then. However, not a single member of staff appeared in the play area during our stay.
- The front desk was pretty useless for most enquiries; language skills were a big issue.

You get what you pay for.

This is one of the reviews which you are so happy and excited to write about this place is been maintained beautifully by Novotel and I would give the entire credit to the staff. every single thing functions perfectly even in the lean season says a lot about the mindset of the people running it right from the reception when you meet the duty manager Dang, dynamic lady lovely smiling as always and Amm who always receives you with a lot of love and affection can’t say enough about the bell boys yutthana was very happy to help us about places to go grab deliveries and cars coming to pick us up and any kind of information that you would look for.
Can’t tell you enough about the beautiful food, which was served us the entire period of one week, amazing chefs Nueng ,mam & por they took super care of us with making all menu options into vegetarian wow that was. The people who are working at the restaurant are simply lovely people to be with :- they go all the way out to help us out with allergies and vegetarian options to be created. Great people excellent communication every meal to order was a fun event when the restaurant manager Poom comes to you and with so much love Onuma serves it to you they are like a super happy family under one roof ,
it was that kind of a stay.
I would recommend this place to every single one for a long day or a short stay people and the resort just takes the cake.

The hotel has been renovated during the COVID-19. Renovated room looks clean, and modern. There are many mirrors per room, both inside and outside bathroom.
Facilities are satisfying. There are public table tennis, badminton court with equipment, gym, many pools and whirlpool pool.

What to say. Very good accomodation.
Big room. With everything you need.
Big showerplace, soft bed, coffeecooker, hairdryer. A lot of mirrors.
Big large breakfast.
2 swimming pools.
From the hotel walk to the beach and sea.

Currently staying at Novotel Rayong again, after 6 months in Uk. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the place has had an upgrade, newly painted, brighter lobby, and gardens beautifully landscaped. The new Aussie GM has had a very positive impact!!
The pools are spotless, and the rooms are feeling fresh, staff as lovely as ever, and a bit less “sleepy” !!
Hopefully coming out of the pandemic will allow them some budget to improve the breakfast offering (bacon and decent sausages etc) and the wifi throughout the hotel, maybe even get a few western tv channels.
Still loving it, and some fantastic seafood restaurants nearby ….
