This place must have been magnificent back in the day. As it stands, it feels old and run down. Nevertheless, there is good grounds maintenance and lots of nice villas. The beach/ pool access is also excellent.
Great for families in a budget, but if you’re looking for luxury, this place probably not for you.

The entire place has seen better days. The pool is large but not kept up whatsoever. The waterslide is not operational. The poolside bar looks more like a storage space. The beachfront is not swimable as it is muddy from the nearby river/canal. It is quiet since it is deserted during weekdays. Better options elsewhere.

Disgusting run down property. Poor structures, broken, and smelly huts. The owner has no money and unable to fix a broken nail. The water is filthy dirty and will give you bacteria infections that will put you in the hospital. Not a resort by any means. Run down shacks. Filthy disgusting. Cannot understand how people can be so irresponsible. Do not stay here! Unsafe conditions for people much less rodents.

The area is really quiet and I like it a lot. The pool is sometimes pretty dirty but when its not dirty it’s really fun to swim and go down the water slide. They also clean the beach so it’s really good that there is not any trash.
