My decision to stop booking here isn’t about the amenities—it’s because of the inconvenience caused on my last stay. They suddenly told me to leave due to “fully booked rooms,” even though the building was clearly mostly empty. After being a respectful, long-term guest, this made no sense.
It’s a shame, because the location is great and I had a wonderful experience with the previous owners, but the new management doesn’t seem to care as the place declines.
