Good friendly staff.
Bit noisy with traffic and bar music but overall nice stay.
NEGATIVE: Bathroom not at level, till 2 AM noisy from bars around, no elevator so if on 5th floor you do 54 steps up/down with bag at check in/out , nobody to help you, if you're old or have asthma it's too hard...for free breakfast you can only choose between rice porridge soup and fried rice, better pay 180 bath at 150 meter in soi 7 at mermaid for unlimited good breakfast...
