A fairly new hotel with spacious comfortable rooms, great facilities and serving a decent breakfast. The place is quiet, the staff are great and it's just 10 minutes from the beach.

It's value for money hotel with nice staffs and clean room located on the main street. However, it seems to be Business hotel.

I attended a seminar. The food and services provided by the hotel was excellent. The seminar hall was big. The air conditioner was little too cold. The bathroom was on 2nd and 3rd floor.

The room is spacious for its price. The bed and the pillow are very comfy. The water system is superb. The breakfast is abundant and has many options to choose from. I would love some Chinese fried dough (patonggo), though.

The accommodation is new and very clean. The 5-foot bed is a bit small but clean. The parking lot is spacious and the location is convenient, close to restaurants. While not beachfront, it's a very short walk to Crab House, which is right on the beach. The only downside is that the rooms aren't soundproof; you can hear cars driving by. I'm only giving the facilities 2.5 stars because it's a Novotel, and the water kept going from hot to cold in the shower. The hairdryer was also a nightmare to use, you had to hold the button down with a lot of force, which was really annoying when trying to dry my hair. The room was quite compact and a bit small.

This is a really nice hotel, not too far from Koh Samet. It was only 55 RMB by Alipay taxi, so quite close. The hotel environment is also great, very clean. Highly recommend!

This hotel very overrated. I paid more 100€/night. In the subscription was 32sqm room but first they gave me a small room (maybe 20sqm). No shower only a old bath. Water standing in bath+toilet. slightly musty smell in the room but the View are amazing! I did complain after they gave me a bigger room with the same smell. We stayed at Deluxe room on 3rd floor. My mom is 89 years old, staffs are very kind to bring wheelchair to take my mom to the room both times of check in and check out. We are very appreciated them. We ordered room services for our dinner, Thai food is delicious and authentic. Breakfast was perfect for both of us. My mom was sleeping well and happy to stay here.

This is honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. All the staff, from the parking attendants to the receptionists, to the restaurant and room service people, were really kind and polite. They would greet us every time we walked by and would help us without us needing to ask. The facilities were superb and the breakfast is top notch. We can’t wait to come back here. ❤️

Very quiet and lovely beach hotel, with mainly locals in the area. The restaurant wa snot always open though, so it was not easy to buy water. It might be a good idea o get snacks and water in advance.

Lovely family run resort. Exceeded expectations. Staff were fantastic, grounds were lovely. Yes some parts needed updating but this is a family run establishmenr who really took the effort to look after us. Breakfast was excellent quality with omlettes made to order. Resort is quiet, with beach across the road, 7 Eleven and a few seafood restaurants down the road. No nighlife.

Over the last 20 years I have stayed in several hotels in Rayong. I learned 5 years ago there is only one outstanding place to stay in Rayong. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are SOFT! Very hard to find in Thailand. Their included, multi course breakfast buffet, is fantastic. This time I stayed 8 days.

Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were exceptional and very attentive to small details. Plenty of parking and the Fitness and pool were really good compared to most hotels of equal standing. The room was large and very clean and had a microwave, chinaware and 4 complementary bottles of water. Small things make a difference and the room ticked all of my boxes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Although the hotel is somewhat dated and shows signs of wear, it is conveniently located for my itinerary. One aspect I found inconvenient was the outdated room key system, using a large plastic block with a traditional key felt cumbersome, and a more modern solution would greatly enhance the guest experience. If you have to watch, you have to fix the GPS. In the morning, drive out of the accommodation, turn left, drive 300-500 meters, there is a southern curry restaurant, lots of food, shrimp paste chili paste.

The room is spacious and the bed is big, as per the price. It's not very clean. The hotel is quite old but it's near Lotus. It's easy to find food. Sukhumvit Road leads straight to the airport.

The experience is very good, more locals go there. The hotel is equivalent to a large resort. It is relatively original. You can ride bicycles and row boats.
