The overall experience was good, the service was very good, thanks to housekeeping K.Best & K.chai，I would highly recommend this hotel.

I'm only giving the facilities 2.5 stars because it's a Novotel, and the water kept going from hot to cold in the shower. The hairdryer was also a nightmare to use, you had to hold the button down with a lot of force, which was really annoying when trying to dry my hair. The room was quite compact and a bit small.

This is a really nice hotel, not too far from Koh Samet. It was only 55 RMB by Alipay taxi, so quite close. The hotel environment is also great, very clean. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is new and very clean. The 5-foot bed is a bit small but clean. The parking lot is spacious and the location is convenient, close to restaurants. While not beachfront, it's a very short walk to Crab House, which is right on the beach. The only downside is that the rooms aren't soundproof; you can hear cars driving by. A fairly new hotel with spacious comfortable rooms, great facilities and serving a decent breakfast. The place is quiet, the staff are great and it's just 10 minutes from the beach.

We stayed at Deluxe room on 3rd floor. My mom is 89 years old, staffs are very kind to bring wheelchair to take my mom to the room both times of check in and check out. We are very appreciated them. We ordered room services for our dinner, Thai food is delicious and authentic. Breakfast was perfect for both of us. My mom was sleeping well and happy to stay here.

This is honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. All the staff, from the parking attendants to the receptionists, to the restaurant and room service people, were really kind and polite. They would greet us every time we walked by and would help us without us needing to ask. The facilities were superb and the breakfast is top notch. We can’t wait to come back here. ❤️

Very quiet and lovely beach hotel, with mainly locals in the area. The restaurant wa snot always open though, so it was not easy to buy water. It might be a good idea o get snacks and water in advance.

Rooms were decent, and having a balcony was a nice bonus. The pool is a good size, and the price is reasonable, so overall, we can’t complain.

Located next to the Holiday Inn, I couldn't find parking there, so I spotted this small hotel right on the main road. Parking was easy, the place was clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was good. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended for a quick stopover.

Stayed for two nights after a flight from UK and a 2 hour taxi journey, lovely quiet stay, very clean, friendly owners offered a lift into town in the evening and took us to the boat for Koh Samet the following day, very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. Ban Phe is a delightful fishing village if you are looking for a quiet couple of days.

You'll soon spot unreliable platforms that gouge prices by comparing a few times. This hotel isn't great value for money. Be careful when you go out, as there are many stray dogs nearby.

It's good. It's on the main road, has a 7-Eleven, Lotus, restaurants, and is close to a motorcycle taxi stand.

Good room with air conditioning and refrigerator, located on the main road, easy to find food, next to 7-Eleven and Lotus, spacious parking, worth the price of 500 baht. If you have to watch, you have to fix the GPS. In the morning, drive out of the accommodation, turn left, drive 300-500 meters, there is a southern curry restaurant, lots of food, shrimp paste chili paste.

The room is spacious and the bed is big, as per the price. It's not very clean. The hotel is quite old but it's near Lotus. It's easy to find food. Sukhumvit Road leads straight to the airport.

The room smells musty when you walk in. It would be great if it didn't have a musty smell. When I turned on the air conditioner, the smell faded. The bed was big but too hard.

Over the last 20 years I have stayed in several hotels in Rayong. I learned 5 years ago there is only one outstanding place to stay in Rayong. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are SOFT! Very hard to find in Thailand. Their included, multi course breakfast buffet, is fantastic. This time I stayed 8 days.

Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were exceptional and very attentive to small details. Plenty of parking and the Fitness and pool were really good compared to most hotels of equal standing. The room was large and very clean and had a microwave, chinaware and 4 complementary bottles of water. Small things make a difference and the room ticked all of my boxes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Although the hotel is somewhat dated and shows signs of wear, it is conveniently located for my itinerary. One aspect I found inconvenient was the outdated room key system, using a large plastic block with a traditional key felt cumbersome, and a more modern solution would greatly enhance the guest experience. The hotels gymm star fitness is fabulous they have steam room sauna (ask reception to turn on 20 minutes before use) and a generious sized swimming pool. A simple old Hotel Residence, the pictures in Agoda suggest much more than it is. The lobby is the modernst part of 2 buildings, and there is a carpark.
