We went as a group of friends. They let us check in really late with no fuss. The rooms were clean and simple with everything you need. There was free coffee. The balconys are pleasant. The fee was very reasonable.

I made a reservation on December 27, 2025, for a ground floor room with parking (I chose this room because I have a small child and many suitcases, so booking an upstairs room wouldn't be convenient).
On December 30, 2025, I called to confirm the booking with the accommodation. The staff confirmed that they had received the booking and reiterated that it was a ground floor room. On January 1, 2026, 30 minutes before check-in, I called to ask what time check-in was available. They said 7:00 PM. I planned to check in first and then go out to eat. At 6:40 PM, I arrived at the accommodation to check in, but the staff informed me that the ground floor rooms with parking were "fully booked." This shouldn't have happened. Even booking through an agent like Trip.com, I still encountered this problem. I should have received the room I booked, because every booking has its reasons.
I recommend and warn anyone planning to book this accommodation to check carefully. Otherwise, you might experience what I did.
Whether it's cheap or expensive, this situation shouldn't occur. It's unprofessional.

I had a fantastic time at the Shark Resort; the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

For the price, you can't go wrong. A typical Thai hotel, mostly for business travelers. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Unfortunately, it's a bit out of the way, but for one night, there's nothing to complain about.

Came to a running event so stopped by to rest. The room was very clean and quiet, but a bit dark. The housekeeper was lovely. Overall, it was okay.

Very clean and good quality room for the price. Peaceful, quiet environment, though a bit far from the city. We checked in late, but even with a 12pm check-out, staff didn’t rush or bother us. Great stay!
