I stayed in rooms A5 and A6 on the back side of the building and paid 600 baht nightly. The rooms had large, south facing windows which let in a lot of natural light and could be opened to let in fresh air. The a/c kept the rooms well chilled. Little outside noise entered the rooms. The furnishings were simple and the fridge, Wi-Fi, TV and shower water heater all worked well. The decor had an old-time, beach vibe. The rooms were clean and housekeeping would have serviced them daily had I so requested. Reception took care of business without a lot of extra fuss.

Room was OK, clean and had a bit of room to move around. Issue for me was when you turned on the water in the sink or shower it seemed to agitate the water in the pipes and a strong sewage smell became noticeable. The bed mattress was a bit old and only a duvet cover, no sheet. The light came through the windows at night from their sign so not dark in the room. The room was clean, lots of dining options close by. For the price it is worth it for a short stay.

Everything was great with the room. It was on the old side, but perfectly clean as you can imagine. Generally, it was a good value for money. My only complaint was that there was an intermittent pounding noise. It was as though somebody had a business in one of the rooms and was chopping something or chiseling something or maybe it was a type of construction. I’m not sure. I only mention it because it made napping impossible. They stopped at 6 PM so it wasn’t an issue at night and they started later in the day around 10 AM In all honesty, I want to take a nap before I start my evening so I changed hotels. I’m not sure if this will be a problem in the future or not but it’s the only bad thing I could say about the place. The staff and everybody there was super nice to me.

Great hotel at a great location and definitely a great value for money in Huahin. The hotel is conveniently located near popular markets, not far from beach and tourist attractions. Also very close to the van station which can take you to Bangkok or other nearby popular provinces. The room is clean and well equipped with basic necessities eg. Air con, wifi, water heater, small fridge and TV. Plus the hotel also has lift so you don't have to climb stairs if your room is on higher floor. The room rate is also highly affordable. Highly recommended if you want a decent place to stay in Huahin.

Cheap, standard but nice clean room. I checked in 2 hours early for no additional cost. If you want to leave your bags you can or just ask to check in early

This hotel is a very nice place to stay. The room is nice and clean, the air conditioning works good. It is very well located in Hua Hin. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very central. Perfect location. It is very basic. However the cost is incredible cheap so don't expect luxury. The staff are lovely. Really helpful. The owner organised care hire at a great price for a month. It was clean and had wi fi. There is a fantastic area at the road end where you can get great food.

This is always my go to guesthouse when I stay in Hua Hin. Located just a 5 minute walk from the clock tower. The staff are really good and looks like they have refurbished the rooms since my last stay last year. The rooms are very simple, well decorated and very clean. This is the quietest Hotel I've stayed in probably in Thailand!! The beach is just a 5 minute walk away and there's plenty of food options close by.
