Good values, clean, ok staff, have food on site free breakfast. Good pool. 3 mins to the beach.
Cons
This place needs maintenance, some room shower pipes leak, hanging towel wonky, extraction fan squeak very dusty. If you come with kids you need to be careful with the slide. It got rusty and lost some steps make it very dangerous to use.
The location is a bit on the outskirts of the super-touristic area so its very calm and quiet.
Internet connection is great!
The owner studied at Stamford university so speaks English.
We rented a scooter via the owner to get around, which is definitely necessary to widen the choice of restaurants. Although the two right next to the resort are pretty good.
Downsides are tiny: beds are (like in al of Thailand) pretty stiff. No real comfortable chairs, neither on the porch nor at the pool.
Breakfast is Thai (expect fried shrimps and such) and some supermarket toast and strawberry jelly. Instant coffee and powdered cream.
Conclusion: we recommend. Stayed here 3 days with kids (15 and 17)
