The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful.
The room is clean.
At night it is quiet. WiFi is working well.
The room included breakfast for 690 Baht.
Breakfast was okay for this price.
The location was a little away from the beach, but okay when you have a bike (5min).

This is near highway in Prachuap khiri kan. Did not know what to find here where Thailand is at its most narrow part. Borrowed a bicycle and went trough a Royal air force Base to get to a descent beach. Ao manao.

It's a good place to stay if you've got a car. There's parking and the rooms are comfortable and large enough with a kitchen area. Staff are friendly and there's a nice breed breakfast included.

Amazing amazing amazing! you feel like ur aunt is taking care of you! convent location. does not feel stuffy! nice breeze. secluded but right off the high way!

Lovely little Thai resort run by a very pleasant woman and her staff. Rooms were fine, Internet quick, decent air-con. The resort provided a simple breakfast of rice soup, toast, fruit, tea/coffee. You do need transport because of the distance from the sea front. Recommended…would stay there again. Cheaper to book direct than through Agoda etc.

Would've been a 10 with a car or such. Quite remote. A lot of stray dogs and monkeys on the road to town. We managed, but scary and maybe even dangerous. No strays near the resort though. Close to 7/11.great breakfast.

Nice n clean hotels.. service is good change room due to Aircon not cool..but owner change fast..n prepared new room after back from dinner.. recommended hotels..near the Sam AO stadium..

Owner very nice and friendly. Room clean with hot shower and nice beds. Quiet relaxing place to stay.
