The location is perfect for the bar area, as it sits on the bar area street.
I could only get a small room with no window, as it was fully booked. It was very small and dated, but for 500 baht with breakfast I can't really moan I suppose. My breakfast was shocking!
1 egg, 2 pieces of cold toast, 1 cold processed sausage and some jam.
My friends pad krapow was much better.
The old saying, that you get what you pay for applies here.
Staff were super friendly and great location for bars and beach ⛱️

I was here NYE. Didn't get to sleep till 5. Fireworks were still going off till then. A few bars open to about 4 AM with a little music. I paid about 60 for the night. It's not too close to much really.

I thought that was a better like in the photos. The service is good they are very nice and kind. But the bedroom could be better , mostly the bathroom bthat it doesn't had a good showered. The breakfast wasn't good wasn't continental.

Huge room. Full kitchen. Big balcony. Great view. Very reasonable price. Yes, a few steps to climb but it is worth it. 10 out of 10.

Not bad. The guest house location is great, it's near the beach and a convenience store.
The room doesn't have enough light source and the room is a bit small.
Anyway, the room is clean and the reception was good. So 7/10

The room is new and clean, facing the sea. However, there are pubs and bars around the building. It is very loud. They sing until late at night, midnight. The noise is so loud that you can't sleep. The mattress is soft and uncomfortable. The parking lot is far away. The building has no elevator. You have to walk up a high flight of stairs.

The room is very spacious. It has complete facilities. The price is cheap. The location is good. There is a balcony to sit and enjoy the breeze. The service of the staff is good. If I have a chance, I will come back to stay again. Excellent.

Great Suite
Fantastic location and service. Lady at desk very efficient and had a gent come bring suitcase due to the stairs, was very helpful.
Suite was superb with all amenities and balcony overlooking the street and beach was awesome.
