Altera Hotel and Residence in Pattaya

My stay at Altera Hotel was very comfortable. The front‑of‑house team, concierge, housekeeping, and the entire staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive.

Clean and value for the prices. Will share to my friends if they travel to Pattaya.

Had not taken photo but reflect to hotel. The Service counter arranged another room to me. Just OK.

This was a nice location within walking distance of most things from shopping to bars. If you desire wild and crazy or calm and social, this location will provide that. It also has a decent pool with a well functioning sauna for both men and women.

Had a pleasant stay. The place was quiet abd peaceful. Location is at the center most amenities are near. The breakfast was superb, has lot of varieties suitable for everyone.

Jazzy and her team were so welcoming. The hotel was spotless and very very clean. The breakfast was amazing and the value for money was really good. Would definitely stay here again.

The 4 star on service would be in relation to the gym. It would be better if dumbbells went up to at least 20kg and also would be good if there was a weight cable machine in there too, as I was limited to the weight training I could do with the equipment that was there. Maybe moving it to a bigger area would be better with some more weight equipment.

Only main issue was there is work going on next door to building 2 and when I say it’s impossible to stay in bed after 8am I’m not kidding it’s a shame as the hotel is nice

The hotel left a really positive impression — clean rooms, good housekeeping, and a calm atmosphere. Breakfasts are genuinely good: plenty of options, everything fresh, so you can start the day well. The staff were great too, especially the waitress Pen — very polite, quick, always smiling and ready to help. It’s nice to stay somewhere with this kind of service.

Great room and size is big for 1 person. Location is good as well, totally recommend.

Overall it was a good stay, hotel is located in more quiet area of Pattaya and same time in the very center, just 3-5 min walk from bustling second road. Staff is super friendly and helpful and do their best. Pool area looks cosy. Breakfast is normal, everything you need in the morning. For me is important that they have good coffee machine and I could drink freshly brewed coffee. Bellman is extremely great and friendly guy (I think Tom, sorry if I forgot), you are fantastic. Thank you for helping with luggage. Room is quite big with separate bedroom and living room with kitchen, small balcony is a great plus.

Negatives. I didn’t like the bed, too soft mattress, I can’t sleep well on beds like that. TV app section didn’t work because wasn’t connected to internet, but I didn’t try to ask to fix because we just stayed 2 nights.
