They should add Chinese versions of their hotel activity announcements, or at least have the titles in Chinese. There was a lovely young lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and she was incredibly enthusiastic and proactively helped us with many difficulties. A sincere thank you to her!

I first stayed here over ten years ago and just revisited. While the hotel now shows its age a bit, its facilities and garden design are still absolutely impeccable. The underlying quality and grand design are clearly still there, which is truly impressive! A big plus was also the horseback riding available right on the beach. Loved it!

Step right out to the terrace and into the pool, plus there's a spa for massages – the serene environment is perfect for a getaway. The hotel is right by the beach. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food is good. However, the location is a bit far from the city center, so it's best suited for those traveling by car.

I booked 4 twin rooms but they all turned out to be single beds, even though I specified twin beds when booking. I was very happy with the view in our hotel room. Whilst there was a small problem with the air conditioning towards the end of our stay, the hotel ended up providing up a full refund for the remaining days despite the fact that we had to cancel our booking due to a change in travel plans.
