Nice hotel with simple rooms and very green area. Located on the white sandy shores near the Bay of Klong Prao beach where there are restaurants and vacation spots. Recommended for youth recreation.

Location: 350 km from airport Bangkok, 54 km from the airport in Trat, about 250 km from Pattaya city on the West coast of Koh Chang island, on the beach Kai BAE.
Consists of one 4-storey building, forty-five 1-storey cottages, three 1-2-storey buildings and six 1-storey villas.
Total area: 48 m2 560.
The hotel has 118 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach on-site public beach in 30 m from hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge.

The hotel itself was in a sleepy mood. Stucked at the '90. Rooms would need renovated. New showers, new beds etc.
Stars comes from the poolarea, which also would need some repairing, but Its okay and from the service at the reception. The lady at the reseption was friendly and helpful All the time.

Lovely place. Deepest and largest water front/ beach of all resorts along this strip.
Pool was clean and large. Small swimming area for kids was great.
Room was well serviced. Kettle, fridge, towels, table and chairs. We stayed in the luxury suite (3000 bt per night), as we had kids. Room was spacious. Bathroom had recently been updated. The room has potential access to guests next door (deadbolt on both sides) so noise transfer was excessive at times. Tile floors and wood doors don't help :).
Breakfasts each morning was a blend of European/ Thai dishes with varied menu options each day.
Staff were incredibly helpful and spoke a consistent level of English when questions needed to be asked and answered. Helped recommend various locales.
Cleanliness. Rooms were checked but not fully cleaned each day. Towels were replaced and bed made. A quick sweep was evidently done but used cups were cleaned, nor were the toilets, or sinks during our 7 night stay. Bathrooms on sight (pool and restaurant) need some TLC and a hard daily clean. Some days this happened and others not so much.
When anything was wrong or needed to be fixed, we told the staff at the front and things were dealt with immediately or within the hour (door lock, shower, toilet, curtains).
The resort is in an upswing and is making strides to bring it back into competition with newer chic hotels around. They will never be and shouldn't be like some of the newer resorts down the road. Their beach is unparalleled and people come from the other resorts to use their beach and pool. Their property is huge and spacious (not to be found by newer building dominated resorts near by).
