Otherwise the hotel is superb, very beautiful swimming pool and the restaurant very good the staff is exceptional, they are very kind and especially POR at the reception she is exceptional very professional
Amazing hotel with friendly staff and beautiful territory! My son and I stayed here for 6 days and everything was wonderful — spacious clean rooms, delicious coffee in the room every day, and a huge luxurious pool (there are two more on the property, but this one was more than enough for us)
Been here before and this time I wasn’t disappointed either. Main rooms are getting refurbished so the only normal rooms available are across the road. They are modern and comfortable with their own pools
One of the older wings is currently under renovation, as is the large pool, the latter until the end of September 2025. There are two restaurants in the hotel, the largest is used for breakfast buffet and dinner
KC Grande is a large complex with buildings on both sides of the road, at the beginning of the town. It has its own beach just below the restaurant and pool, and it is probably the best on the island
It is a 5-star hotel with several swimming pools, including one on the roof of the newest building with a view over the town and sea

"This resort is a solid choice for families with children, largely due to the pool slides, which are a genuine hit with the kids
com, I saw it was a family-friendly hotel and immediately placed the order. It wasn't expensive at the time, although prices skyrocketed during the Chinese New Year
The lady opposite the hotel who booked day tours was incredibly enthusiastic. The fresh iced coconuts in the small community next door were only 30 baht each, which was a great deal
Plus, 7-Eleven and Mango Tree are right at the doorstep
We stayed in a standard king room that was well laid out and featured a balcony, though it unfortunately offered no view. The only maintenance issue we noticed was a faint, unpleasant odor coming from the shower drain
While my wife had hoped for bluer water and whiter sand, the overall experience was still quite enjoyable. Dining options at the resort restaurant were average
