Although some areas of the resort are currently under renovation, the remaining facilities still function well and are able to support guests’ needs. The staff communicate well and are helpful for foreign visitors. In particular, Mr. Peter is very kind and shows a high level of responsibility in his service. Overall, the dinner was fair.

The location is excellent. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but everything is delicious, and they have coffee machines. There's some renovation going on, but it didn't bother us. The only major issue is that there are hardly any free sun loungers for hotel guests. The few they have offer little to no shade, and there are even fewer umbrellas than loungers. Great location, beautiful beach, and a nice view from the room.

This is something else entirely; you're not entering a hotel, but a construction site. To get a sun lounger, you have to pay 1000 baht, or lie without an umbrella. In the last 15 years, this is the first time I've paid for accommodation and then somehow had to pay for a sun lounger. The next step will probably be paying to enter the sea. Definitely never coming back here!!!

Been here before and this time I wasn’t disappointed either. Main rooms are getting refurbished so the only normal rooms available are across the road. They are modern and comfortable with their own pools. Food at restaurant is great. But signs need to be more clear as food items are not marked correctly. Staff are amazing as usual. Nice hotel. Great staff and good food. If there id anything to complain about is that some of the rooms arent the best. Example: Corner rooms facing the sea: Furniture too large for balcony. And bad shower. No hot water (we couldt find) and no place to hang the nozle. My room(smaller and not facing sea) was great. No complaints there.

Haven't been back in 7-8 years, and while the hotel's location is great and it's quite spacious, the facilities are really outdated. The room lighting is dim, and the cleaning wasn't thorough.

You are living in literally tropical garden. Rivers and ponds. Lush geenery. It is the main idea of this resort. The downside is that the hotel is pretty old, natural materials used, located in humid jungle, so it inevitably decays with time. Everyday cleaning helps, but not for 100%, the damage is commulating.

It’s a very large hotel with spacious rooms. The staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast is plentiful, varied, and delicious. The location is great and not too crowded. The island road doesn't connect fully. However it's less than 2 hours to drive around the island. Plan accordingly. All of the rooms sit on top of the water and should have some kind of view. The hotel is beautiful and the location and especially the staff are amazing . Maintenance is not exactly what it should be though and it shows. The hot water supply is definitely an area that needs improvement. Similarly, placing a junk/maintenance yard right by the side and the entrance is not a good idea. Beautiful set and setting. Extremely warm and welcoming staff. Great varied breakfast. Only issue was the mosquitoes and the lack of adequate solution as anti-mosquito burning is not allowed in the building we were in.

If you're not getting a sea view villa, don't bother with any of the other bungalows or the beach wing. Just book a mountain view or pool view room; those offer the best value for money. The breakfast is pretty standard, quite Western, and not really suited for Chinese tastes. If you need an extra bed for an older child, you can pay directly at the front desk upon arrival, which is very convenient

This resort is incredibly quiet, perfect for a vacation. It has a swimming pool, water slides, and you can even go kayaking. There are lots of little monkeys that wait by the door for food, they're super cute. I'll definitely come back to stay here again. The beach is also great.

Beautifully situated in secluded area of Koh Chang. Reception area is modern, spacious and comfortable seating. The room had a lot of mosquitoes, and the facilities were old. The orange and white slide on the right side of the water park was very dangerous.

I stayed in a standalone cabin, which was quite pricey. I saw they also have rooms in the main building, which I assume are a bit cheaper.

The overall experience was alright, but the facilities need some care. The water park is old and some of the slides are breaking down, they don’t look safe. The hotel is divided in two areas, one across the road and one by the beach. If you are staying across the road you can’t use the pool from the beach side, which is a bummer and a big downside. Would check other places first.

It was fine. The breakfasts were ok and the pool was fantastic - by far the best thing there. The place was a little run down but it was just the start of the season and there were repairs going on around us... so it's likely that some of the things will be fixed. The area was quieter than some one the island, which suited us but may not suit everyone.

The garden view is unbeatable, the room is old, but it is acceptable, after all, the price is cheap, but the bathroom is unacceptable, not modern enough.

The hotel is good, the houses are located away from the road, there is no noise - birds sing in the morning, helpful staff, there was an early departure - they made toasts on the road. What marred the stay - this biting nastiness, I could not identify whether it was on the Chai Chet beach, which is nearby, or someone in the hotel bit. Really nice resort. In a quieter part of Koh Chang away from the nightlife and great location for access to thesouth part of the island. Lovely view of the sea and relaxed environment. Walking distance to main strip and restaurants.

The resort looks a bit dated. A few new plastic chairs, especially outside the rooms, would improve the look and wouldn't cost much. The friendly young woman at reception does a great job. The owner, a Dutchman, is also very good. The pool is fantastic, close to the unfortunately stony beach. The sunsets there are breathtaking.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and it's right by the sea. I highly recommend it!

The room has everything you need. Refrigerator, quiet air conditioner, clean pool. The beach is rocky, big low tide. You can swim in the morning. We liked everything.
