"This resort is a solid choice for families with children, largely due to the pool slides, which are a genuine hit with the kids.
We stayed in a standard king room that was well laid out and featured a balcony, though it unfortunately offered no view. The only maintenance issue we noticed was a faint, unpleasant odor coming from the shower drain.
The beach directly in front of the resort is relatively small, but the shoreline extends for a long distance, making it pleasant for walks. While my wife had hoped for bluer water and whiter sand, the overall experience was still quite enjoyable.
Dining options at the resort restaurant were average. Beyond the resort grounds, there isn't much to do nearby; you will need to drive to other destinations to find shops or better restaurants.

Booked through Trip.com, I saw it was a family-friendly hotel and immediately placed the order. It wasn't expensive at the time, although prices skyrocketed during the Chinese New Year. The environment is excellent, with its own small private beach. The main attraction is the water park, which attracts many foreigners. There aren't as many Chinese guests, but kids don't care about nationalities; they all have a blast. Even though it's street-facing, it's not noisy. There's a 7-Eleven nearby and plenty of dining options. I stayed for 4 days, and it was very convenient. I especially loved the unique shape of the room, and the large balcony was my absolute favorite. Perfect for a family trip. I'd recommend staying for more days if possible. I really enjoy the carefree lifestyle on Koh Chang. Oh, and the breakfast was great too! 👌

It’s about 30 minutes to drive from the ferry. Good oceanview from the restaurant on the beach. A bit few sunbeds at the beacharea. At the swimming pool there was many. Clean rooms, we rented a cottage, a bit smaller than expected. The toilets located at the swimming pool had a super slippery floor, so be very careful. Lockers for keeping things was worn down. But all in all a nice place to take your kids. American breakfast:)

The rooms were just okay; they're set up as villas, split into ground and first floors. Being on an island, a musty smell is to be expected, but with a bit of intervention, it could easily be aired out. The hotel breakfast was decent, but it's charged separately and quite expensive, though at least it tasted good. There's a pool at the hotel, which is great for families with kids, but be sure to slather on the sunscreen!

We were driving ourselves, so having a car was very convenient. It was about a 20-minute drive from where we disembarked. The hotel is very kid-friendly; the water park is excellent, and there are lifeguards specifically for safety. Our room was in a two-story building, so we had to carry our luggage up and down, but it was clean, hygienic, and relatively new. The facilities and amenities were also great. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us. The hotel has its own beach, which is nice, but the sea color wasn't ideal due to the rainy season. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, just a few minutes' drive away with many restaurants. A Seven Eleven is right outside the hotel. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
