Reviews
The reception staff were very helpful during my pre-check-in to leave my luggage around 7:30-8:00 AM on January 29th, 2026.
I will definitely choose to stay here again in Chiang Rai city.
*** I wish the hotel had separate rooms for men and women.
2) The room/dorm is alright. However, the door makes a noise every time it opens and closes (quite loud). I was worried about disturbing my roommates. The pillows are thick, the big, round, bulging kind, but after a long day out, I could fall asleep immediately (people who are particular about pillow comfort probably wouldn't sleep well, because my head was on the round, bulging pillow). My roommates don't turn on the air conditioning, except at night when it's not too cold, but I only come back to sleep at night (I come back to tidy up and change clothes in between, so it doesn't make a big difference). I just find it strange that they can stay inside without the air conditioning when the temperature isn't very cold, without opening the windows. I really admire them.
3) The toilet paper is outside. Imagine having to tear off the paper outside before going into the toilet. Inside, they provide individual sheets of tissue paper (like the tissue paper provided when eating out). The toilet paper outside and inside the toilets is quite thin (whether it's good or not depends on the individual; you can decide for yourself). Only the lowest floor toilets have roll-type toilet paper (also thin). The shower rooms on the third floor have orange lighting, which is a bit dim. White light would be better. There may be slight water accumulation on the floor.
4) To go upstairs, shoes must be left on the shoe rack downstairs; there's plenty of space. There are public slippers outside the showers and toilets; those who mind should decide for themselves.
The rooms were clean and there was enough space in the locker for my bag.
Free water and snacks avaible 24/7 and a nice area to sit on the rooftop.
Location was great and only a few seconds away feom the bus station.

It was very helpful that it was so close to the night market.
