The most commendable aspect was when we left our phone charger behind. We only realized it after returning to Chiang Mai and called the hotel. They had Chinese-speaking staff who helped me confirm the lost item and arranged to mail it to me in Chiang Mai. I'm incredibly grateful for their help.
I highly recommend this hotel to my friends from China for two main reasons: the convenient and warm Chinese-speaking service, and the breakfast that perfectly suits a Chinese palate.
Breakfast was poor as food ran out and no topping up was done. Noisy area as the bars are just below room. Strange sounds coming from the toilet were heard in the middle of the night and the shower was hot and cold.
