Great affordable rooms for 2 and 3 guests. Friendly service that does never hesitate to make your experience the best. The rooms are clean, the beds are cozy and the beach right in front of the hotel.

Pros- bed and pillow are really comfortable, extra bolster is a bonus for me personally. Location js good, is literally the central of the beach street. The breakfast js good with a decent choices to choose. Cons- room size is a little small for the room we stayed, but for the price you pay, you can’t really argue too much.

This hotel simply isn't good value for money - it is currently LOW season in Thailand but they (and the hotel/restaurant next to them, Pirates) have kept the high season prices going. Superb hotel, really friendly staff that let us in before check in time due to our children being a little annoying. No lift but was no problem for us and had a great breakfast buffet on the top level overlooking the beach. Highly Recommended as this is also the area with the best beach for children.

We stopped in on a whim, it's got a terrific location right across from the beach. Very laid back, the people who work here come and go, but the room is nice, large, clean, with a terrific bathroom. Whatever Wi-Fi problems there were in the past are better now.

The environment was comfortable and clean, and the room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and tableware, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly, but they were vacuuming before 7 a.m. and kept it going for quite a while, which was a bit noisy, although the room was generally soundproof.

The hotel's location right on the beach is great. The hotel manager even introduced the snorkeling activity for the next day, which was fantastic. The hotel staff also came to pick us up on a motorbike when we couldn't find a car; their service was excellent. Motorbikes and bicycles can be rented there. When we arrived the old man at the desk had trouble finding our reservation. He did not speak any English, and my Thai is not very good. Not luxury but very comfortable to stay here. Though it's a budget hotel in front of the beach, if you're interested in swimming and chilling in the beach rather than luxurious trip, the rooms are clean and service is good.

Nice hotel, but the beach is disgusting and dangerous. I decided to clean up yesterday, and filled multiple trashbags in a couple hours. I found broken glass, barbed fishhooks, razorblades and used needles and syringes. Absolutely shocked to see children playing in the sand and walking around barefoot. I had to check out early.

Quiet and spacious yards from beach

The hotel is clean and comfortable. 5 min from the beach. During 2 days there was not Internet. For those who need it this situation is not good. Otherwise was nice and pleasant.

A room with a hairdryer is a room with a fan. I don't recommend it, as it gets very hot in the room. But overall, the hotel is good. I liked the manager, although she's very quirky. But she's sincere and super nice. She's great. They make you take off your shoes at the hotel. Overall, the hotel deserves good marks. The atmosphere is great.

Generally speaking this place is a gem. The staff are very friendly and provide anything youask for. It’s a very quiet and beautiful setting right on the beach with direct access to the water. But work needs to be done in the rooms and bathrooms. The doors and windows have gaps which allows ants and lizards to come in. As long as you’re OK with it, it’s perfect.

We had a great week staying at the Sara Boutique Resort on a break from work in Bangkok. It's a small place and was entirely empty while we were there, so it felt like our own private resort. Most outstanding about our stay was the lovely location right on the beach and the wonderful personalized service we received from the staff and owner. There was a very large gecko in the bathroom, and the owner's auntie liked to come and disturb us while we were eating, which made us feel a lack of privacy.

Nice beach, BF is fine but the cost of lodging is not value for thai traditional house. Extra charge for kid13 is too expensive. The decoration is not safe in term of lodging (shape dec. at the entrance could be hit). Chicken wake us up at 5.00!! during ralaxing time!!

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for my trip purpose; visiting family and friends, with easy access to nearby restaurants. There's plenty of parking space, so I never had to worry about finding a spot. The room was comfortable. The fast Wi-Fi was a big plus, allowing me to stay connected without any interruptions. We took the night train from Bkk to Chumphon. We missed the ferry by a few minutes. Traveling with a toddler we needed a comfy place to be for the next 5h. The people at Fame was very welcoming and wanted to help us in every possible way. I highly recommend this place!

We only booked a room between the arrival of the Lomprayah Ferry and the departure of our night train. I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to rest and unwind. Prefer variety of breakfast nand fresh coffee

Bed-bugs! My 3 years old were bitten multiples spot with bed-bugs. The hotel offers good value with decent breakfast but the problem is cleanliness! I would avoid this and stay somewhere else if you're prone to bed-bug bite.

It's a nice hotel for this price, but could be even cheaper, cause it's Chumphon (not a tourist place obviously). A/c, hot water, wi fi. You have a table for work, the bathroom is comfortable. So you have everything you need (basic things).

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. It's close to the market, so finding food was easy. In the morning, they offered coffee and cookies. Overall, it was great value for the price.

For the price, can’t fault this hotel. The location is good, walkable to train station. The free breakfast ( bit snacks and drinks) seems really thoughtful and kind. The amenities are on old end with old school style but still in decent condition I would say.

Good value hotel, you get what you pay for! Stayed one night, good location. Everything is clean just a bit run down that's all. Only downside was that the Aircon wasn't working properly so the room was pretty hot. No breakfast just instant coffee.

Stayed 3 nights in Suriwong Chumphon Hotel. Good size room with fan and private bathroom. Location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Couple of really good vegan/vegetarian restaurants nearby. Free water refill and morning coffee was a BIG plus. Wifi didn't work in the room. We stayed in 5th floor room 506. Clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms! Water in the room and dispensers, toiletries kit, and clean, fresh-smelling towels. Free coffee, tea, and cookies in the morning ☺️
