I stayed at Asita Eco Resort for my best friend’s wedding and was truly impressed. The resort is peaceful, green, and surrounded by nature — perfect for relaxing before the event. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The wedding was warm, romantic, and beautifully arranged, with lots of great photo spots and delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything smooth and enjoyable. It was a wonderful, memorable experience from start to finish!

The resort itself is great with lots of trees. It sits beside the canal. The restaurant is a bit classy, provides delicious thai dishes. More casual ambience at the cafe also is next to the canal. Many of the dishes copied from the restaurant’s. All very delicious. But the service is lacking. I mean it’s on the bad side except from the guy in the parking lot who helped us a lot and smiled sincerely. The rest of the staffs were distant or inefficient in follow requests. It’s hard from the moment you arrived. Gravels everywhere. No way you can drag luggage from the parking lot which was just an empty random lot with gravel. Front stuffs hurry me to go to the room even though I was waiting for my companion to come back form parking the car, like they were so busy. I said I can go to the room just give me the key which they didn’t. During mu stay the front area had no staff a lot of time. Actually i called and no one answered so I walked to them. Bad experience also with the cafe staffs Although they were polite, they couldn’t care less what more you want once the food was put on the table. Things that I requested were ignored, or forgotten and they were too busy to follow it through again upon reminding. In the Morning, some guy just breezed through the breakfast line without actually did anything to improve it. The breakfast line was not so hygienic as the covers were left opened at all time, like they were going to add more food but no. Still over an hour away from the close time, with not many guests, still the food was half gone and what’s left was cold. The small lizards were lurking over food and they scattered when we walked towards the line. I didn’t tasted much of anything as it looked like cheap buffet, uncharacteristically for this kind of hotel. Horrible experience. This is the same place where restaurant serves good food. Why? Because we pay for it while the breakfast comes with the room? More about the room, small with in-canal gimmick which I get although disappointed. But the bad was the room smells of damp, musty air which could make my allergies acted up. It was worse inside the bathroom which has no ventilation. They tried to camouflage it with an auto-diffuser. I’m disappointed given the rave it portrays in youtube. The hotel looked like it was loved a long time ago as there is evidence of beautiful decor. But it must have slipped over the years. Many design were unpractical. The gravel in front of each units makes it impossible to drag a luggage on. The calls and in-house phone line go unanswered. Staffs indifferent. Too bad I really love the greenery feel and the canal. It’s just overrated and not good for the price. May come back for the food though.

💕 Romantic Riverside Stay

We spent our honeymoon here and it was magical. The riverside views, candlelit dinner under the trees, and peaceful room created the most romantic vibe. The staff made us feel so special. We’ll definitely come back again someday.

This is a quiet waterfront resort close to nature, all in one place, conveniently located near Amphawa and near Bangkok, just one hours away. Well-designed ecofriendly resort surrounded by nature, and all rooms are located on the banks of the canal. I enjoyed feeding thousand of fishes and paddle around the resort. Swimming pool is not big but enough to keep me busy in the afternoon. Such a nice morning alms as there’s a monk row a boat stops just in front of the resort. I be able to choose my breakfast venue, in the restaurant or under the big tree, that’s really thoughtful. Humble and well-trained staff, good services. I recommend this eco friendly resort.

Very good breakfast

We stayed one night to celebrate my birthday. The management upgraded us and placed a “happy birthday” card nicely on the bed when we checked in! So thoughtful! The resort is very well maintained, pet friendly and excellent service! Breakfast was well presented and nicely designed Cafe by the river to enjoy your afternoon coffee and snacks! I recommend Asita Eco resort for Bangkokians for weekend retreats! Only 1.5 hours drive from the city.
