During stay, the hotel was under mass renovation most decoration and more than half of the lobby is unavailable. The room is okay, but the renovation change from carpet to spc flooring and it was already worn out. However, the overall is fine.

This is an older five-star hotel, but the rooms are quite spacious, very clean, and comfortable to stay in. There's a night market nearby with great pork knuckle rice, and a local eatery close by that serves delicious beef rice and pork neck.

Excellent hotel right in the center of Khon Kaen.  We stayed for the New Years countdown and had a fireworks show right outside our window. It is within walking distance of Central shopping plaza.

Newly renovated! The hotel was just renovated and looked better than before. I was stay here last year too. The location was also excellent in the heart of Khon Kaen, closed to so many shops and department store. Service was great but we actually booked a twin bed room not a double bed room. The bar at the hotel was good for relax, the staff was also very friendly. Recommended!

I stayed at Charoen Thani Khon Kaen Hotel and had a good experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location is very convenient in the city center. During the Songkran Festival, it was especially fun because I could simply walk out of the hotel and join the water celebrations nearby. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay, especially during festive periods.

I've booked the hotel during Songkran holiday as it's a great location. You will be in the middle of all the things happening. The room is okay for the price, a bit outdated but over all we are happy. Staffs are nice and friendly.

Very reasonably priced old hotel in walking distance from luxury mall. Breakfast was average with good service. Pool is strange. The water appears to be green due to green tile but the water otherwise clean. Frequent power loss in the evening. Not enough electrical outlets in the room. It’s okay for a few nights stay. Staff are friendly and kind. The location is in the middle of the city. Unfortunately, there was dust everywhere which was from the lamp and curtain. Be careful if you are sensitive to the dust.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at. Property is beautiful and staff is wonderful. This was the first time staying with our young son and it was a great experience. They happily provided a crib which made a big difference.

Great location, attentive service and spacious room. As regular yearly visitors, we are satisfied the high standard have been maintained throughout the years. Only drawback is the breakfast options are quite limited (no yoghurt, bacon, fresh juice, tabasco sauce)

Old run down even electric wires hanging out the walls no sockets on them , springs sticking out of mattress cut my ankle on it, the lift is so old and knacked feels like it can't get up or down the curtains cover in stains and falling apart sink in bathroom. Broken bathroom door was disgusting and dirty the bed mattress had coplasped and sunk just a complete disgusting room

Nade 10e hotel is located in the center of Konkean city. There's 7-eleven in front of the alley. Hotel also has swimming pool that you can enjoy during the stay. The room is cleaned everyday as requested. The front man is helpful, they help us with luggage. The parking slot is enough. I will visit again if I come to this city.
