Service: No room service unfortunately. Staffs can’t speak Thai but helpful and friendly

Such a perfect place to relax in Pai! The atmosphere is super quiet and easy-going, and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. It’s just a short walk to Pai Walking Street, so you get the best of both worlds — close to everything but still peaceful.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the beds were amazing! Breakfast was also delicious every morning. The owner has three cats, and one of them was super cuddly — he even slept with one of us.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm, cozy stay in Pai!

Excellent property. The Cottage (or bungalow) that I stayed in was nicely decked out and very spacious. Owner and staff very pleasant and helpful. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
Property is a very close to River.
Would love to go back.
Highly recommend.

This place was such an amazing place to be in. The staff were amazing and so nice. Allways with a smile on their faces that brought so much joy to the place and to our experience. The location was perfect for us, not so far away but also quiet. Thank you for the lovely time we had there!

The huts are behind the walking street in a silent area at the other side of the river. You just have to take a 2-3mins walk and arrive to the middle of the night. Breakfast is exceptional, the rooms are cosy but nothing extra. Comfortable beds, shower opportunity and little terrace to enjoy the day or night. Definitely 5/5 in this price range and location wise.

Check out process was very weird, i was taking my stuff to my car before checkout time when a random lady asked me for room key, i hesitated but she insisted so i agreed, later in reception everything wemt smooth yet, this was more stressful then how normal checkout usually is

We had the most amazing stay in Pai Nam Now. We had a modern hut with A/C, a smart TV, a comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Breakfast every morning was made to order and included in the room price - it was delicious!! They also served free tea/coffee/toast in the morning. The hosts were really lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Pai - it’s only a 5/10 minute walk from the town centre!

If you don't mind a rock hard bed and a shower that you have to very carefully carefully into,
what makes this place a great option is it's perfect location: right along the river and right next to the bamboo bridge that leads you directly to walking street, Jazz Club and Cafe da Pai. Place also has parking.

I was in bungalow #2.
- The sink leaks into the floor when used.

- There is no room service.
You make your own bed.
You go to the reception to get toilet paper.

- Roaches roam the bathroom floor at night. They come from the shower drain.

- There is no coffee for breakfast. Only coffee powder. The breakfast is either soupy rice or a plate of cold eggs. So not reserve breakfast here. Cross the bridge and eat at a restaurant.

- There is no maintenance crew working on the gardens or lawns. The lawn is unkept and over grown. Snakes can hide here easily.

- Parking your car is difficult and too tight to maneuver.

- The bamboo patios are rotten and an accident is waiting to happen. Someone soon will fall through and get hurt.

In the shower, if you want hot water then there is
no water pressure. If you want water pressure, there is no hot water. Choose one or the other, but not both.

The bed is super hard. My hips and back hurt.

Furthermore, the wife was bit by bed bugs and has welts all over her body. We are not ever staying here again. It’s not worth the money. Feels like a scam. Minimum care is given.

A bit over priced ($42). Room was ok.. bed fine. Shower head broken. Sink could be replaced (cracked). Door only has push button lock.. nothing else. Door not sealed well. Bamboo bridge to get to walking street so far enough not to hear music but there was a pump outside that seemed to pulse through the night (I am light sleeper). Breakfast was soso. Instant coffee ):
