As someone who travels frequently and has stayed in a wide range of accommodations, this was, without doubt, one of the most unacceptable experiences I have encountered.
The property appears severely neglected. The surroundings are overgrown, resulting in a serious mosquito problem. Basic maintenance is clearly lacking.
Inside the room, the condition was deeply concerning. The door lock did not feel secure, raising safety issues. The bed sheets were visibly stained and had an unpleasant odor — a fundamental hygiene failure for any accommodation provider.
The bathroom was far below even the most basic standards. There were no proper tiles, no shower amenities, no hair dryer, and no essential facilities. Only a single bar of hand soap was provided. The water pressure was extremely weak, and alarmingly, the water was yellow in color. I only realized this after brushing my teeth and noticing a strange taste. I immediately had to rinse with bottled water for safety.
Most disturbingly, after leaving the room and returning later, all electricity — including lights and power sockets — had been cut off.
Cleanliness, safety, and fundamental hospitality standards were not met at any level. I cannot recommend this property to any traveler.

During check in purposely charge 200baht for room deposit because this deposit for sure will burn afterward . They purposely send a message inform 11am check out time, if you not notice it and check out like all other hotel in this world 12pm. Then 200baht burn. Rude staff challenge customer taking photo. Threaten customer daring customer to make police report. Worst staying place in my whole life.

Unsecure room, enter unauthorized when not around, electricity was shut down during we went out. Without informing. lack of information, not friendly handling with issue. Rude attitude

Pictures tell a lie to be honest. The bathrooms stink up the place. No fresh bed sheets on any day from a 3 day stay. For the money you pay, you don’t get even water in the room. No amenities in the place as well. No breakfast for premium pricing. The only positive was the lovely staff.

Terrible service, dirty bedding, absolutely not recommended. No shampoo, water, etc., terrible, run-down accommodation.

Facilities: The room had almost no amenities. The bed was very hard, and only a blanket was provided. It didn't look very clean and was quite scratchy, so it couldn't be used directly against the skin. The sheets were stiff and yellowed.

Cleanliness: The smell of international guests was very strong.

Environment: The guesthouse environment was nice, consisting of individual wooden cabins, and it was relatively friendly to smokers.

Service: The owner was very welcoming, but the price was not cheap.
