Such an amazing place. The room was gorgeous and the pool was so so beautiful and serine. Beautiful location with an additional free taxi. We used it once which was so convenient but it was so easy to walk into the main town too. Breakfast was delicious, a mix of western and Thai which was fantastic. We had a bike accident and they were so thoughtful and kind to us. Which we really appreciate 🫶 thank you to this hotel and the wonderful Thai culture and the community in Pai.

One week in, and something inside us has softened.

The Quarter is not just a place to stay — it is a space that is truly held.

Held by the gardeners who tend every tree and flower with devotion.
Held by exceptional housekeeping — completely squared away, precise, and quietly excellent.
Held by a team that works together with warmth, humility, and genuine care.

Every pathway, every plant, every corner of the garden feels intentional. You can see the love in the maintenance. The trees feel respected. The land feels honoured.

Each morning, the birds wake the trees with song before the day begins. Throughout the day, their music carries gently across the property. Flowers fall naturally along the paths like small surprise gifts. There is a large open grass area where you can take your shoes off, ground yourself, and simply breathe with the earth.

The swimming pool sits at the centre — water reflecting light, children laughing, families resting. It naturally becomes the heart of the space.

The food is prepared with care. We’ve seen fresh ingredients being chopped and rolled by hand — no shortcuts, no rush. That attention matters.

We are a family of five — children aged 7, 5 and 2 — and we feel welcomed, safe, and comfortable here.

Good stay, great location, and good service. However, if the area around the hotel were cleaned up a bit more, it would be even more pleasant to look at.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the pool was nice. Other than that, the stay was a total disappointment. The location is mediocre at best, but the biggest issue was the quality of the hotel itself.
The rooms were unpleasant and lacked basic amenities. To be honest, they were simply dirty. The overall level of cleanliness throughout the property was very poor.
Service was another disaster. The staff looked exhausted and acted like they were half-asleep, showing zero interest in helping guests. On top of that, the food was very poor quality. I definitely do not recommend staying here – there are much better options in Pai for the price.

Location was near to the walking street and all of the restaurants. The breakfast was great not just pork, happy to see the chicken options. Nice nature vibes from this hotel.

Booked 2 rooms of twin bed. Rooms were clean, firm mattresses, great shower pressure. Great breakfast! Really enjoyed the pork porridge and the many fruit varieties. However to note, the toilet window is fixed open, so cool wind will enter the toilet, making it super cold and unbearable. The aircon has no heater function so can be really cold in the room. If want to come during the cold period of Nov, do take note.

The hotel complex was the most beautiful we stayed at during our entire trip to Thailand.

Very clean, cozy rooms, fantastically designed and beautifully located. Lots of amenities such as free bicycles, shuttle service to the old town (which is also only a 5-minute walk away), plenty of fresh water, etc.
The pool area is very nice, completely peaceful and you feel very comfortable there.

There are two drawbacks: the rooms are very noisy, and you can clearly hear any noisy neighbours.

The biggest problem is the breakfast: the selection is good and varied, and the fruit is delicious. However, all the warming containers are deliberately left open, which means that all the cooked food (scrambled eggs, spaghetti, sausage, curry, chicken, everything) is always cold. Why is this done? It makes no sense and really doesn't taste good.

This is a shame and detracts a little from an otherwise perfect stay. All in all, 4.5 stars.
