The room is quite new and clean. The room area is spacious, divided into a bedroom, living room, and swimming pool. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. There is a resort restaurant where you can order food to eat in your room. Children should like it.

The hotel has its own beach next to it, which is very clean and not crowded. There is a small shopping district near the hotel and the food in the hotel is also very delicious. Especially fried chicken wings and coconut juice.

A very clean and modern accommodation across from Cha-Am beach. The resort isn't that big but it has everything I needed. Breakfast buffet was very delicious and offers a variety of Thai and Western cuisine. What I mostly like are the design of the rooms. Very chic! Would recommend staying here if you're in Cha-Am.

Stayed here for 5 days in the suite facing the ocean. Hotel is at a great location for short walk on either side for local street food. Cha Am is different from the busy crowded Hua Hin. If you prefer a quiet local place, this is the place to stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful is every way. The room cleaning is very thorough, I see them scrubbing the shower floor every day.

The atmosphere is nice and unique from other accommodations. The entrance must be entered from the back of the condo and then call the staff to come down and take you up to the 17th floor. Suitable for teenagers and working people.

What you see is what you get. Very comfortable rooms at a good price. The hosts are very friendly and will support with any questions and suggests trips to take. They even call venues on your behalf to hear if it’s open and worth going. Rooms are very clean, has everything you need at that price point. The place is about a 20 min walk from the city center.

Have a different rooms. I stayed at cheapest one. Look like change nothing from time when Rama 9 stayed here (I meant hotel, not room:)). Gorgeous place tucked away from the main strip, so it’s nice and quiet! Staff are so kind and accommodating, they truly go above and beyond. Lots of kid-friendly amenities, and a large pool area. Everything is good except the sound of trees hitting the roof all day. The pool is clean and shady. I went for 2 nights with my girlfriend. There were only 2 people in the whole resort. The room and amenities were great. The location is very close to Khao Wang (the palace). There's covered parking. The only downside: The room isn't soundproof at all. You can hear everything happening in the next room or hallway. During my stay, there were Harley Davidson motorcycles constantly coming and going, making a lot of noise—like a modified tractor.

The seat is conveniently located near the palace. If you like walking, you can take the tram, but the distance is quite a bit, similar to walking up the mountain. The public park has no TV signal, but you can't watch it. Two bottles of drinking water per day are provided. There is a 500 baht deposit for those who want a budget room and are far from the city, not far from the train station.

The room(109) is quite dark. In nighttime, I have to open the curtain to let the light from the balcony in.
