Dirty Bathtub.
They use the old floor bath mat from previous guest, they just flipped the other side.
The Superior lake view room smell badly

Low maintenance. Roads are rough and could ruin your tires.

2 stars at best and I'm being kind in saying resort and this place should not be together. The staff are fine, friendly and helpful, but the place is a dump. Bathroom tub/shower awful, mattresses that look like they've been here since WW II, and the entire place is in dire need of refurbishment. Location not the best. Thankfully it was just a one night stay.

My family stayed here for 2 nights and honestly, you get what you paid for so what ever.

Someone said that they wouldn’t recommend the club sandwich and I would have to disagree. It was an acceptable club sandwich. Yes it had hotdogs on it, yea it was a bunch of white bread but it was a pleasurable club sandwich to eat on the beach.

If you have kids and want a quick snack I would recommend the club sandwich. Don’t listen to the review from 6 years ago, it’s an okay club.

A lovely quiet resort 8km north of Cha Am, a kind of 80's vibe to the buildings which are clean. 4 pools and the beach beside them. Staff are helpful and the food is nice. 800b for me as a solo in a double bedded room without breakfast. Very soft bed. In need of some TLC but worked for me.

Very bad experience. The place is so old and filthy. Theres a lof of insects. The toilets so dirty. The pools are not cleaned for a very long time especially the housing. The linens so dusty. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Your money is not worth it. So bad experience.

Room in the villas are dirty and Pool is dirty. Not recommended for stay. Bad experince for two nights

The beach house is old. The pool is not clean. It is expectation versus reality. We are foreigners,we cannot read thai and the receptionist just gave us the key and few directions and it wAs us who are looking for the direction of the house because the key is in thai and the house name is also in Thai. The photos in the website is far from reality. :(

The receptionist, her name is Patcharee, was so rude. She didn’t welcome a customer to book a room. I started to talk to her with polite word but she answered with angry face and aggressive voice, no service mind at all. I decided not to book the room because of her and left immediately.
