He said that if the customer doesn't contact them first that they have a reservation from trip.com, they won't know at all. It's like the coordination between trip.com and various resorts and hotels in Thailand is still not perfect. But booking on this website is cheaper, so we booked. It's best to reserve here and then call and confirm with the accommodation so you don't get lost.

I would really give this place a 4.5 stars. It’s great resort for its class, but needs a bit of improvement. This resort is located across the street from the beach, like all resorts in this area. The rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are a bit dated and needs some care but, still very clean. The breakfast is good. The staff are nice and friendly. This is another place I would stay at again.

Nice break from the oversized resorts. I liked that it had character and a boutique hotel vibe. Our villa was very spacious and comfortable and the location right on the beach was great. A little worn around the edges but for the price we were very happy with it. Even though it does not have the big resort kid attractions I still found it family friendly. I would stay here again.

I stayed here with my husband and two children aged 21 and 24 for a week. We loved it. A very relaxed vibe, direct access to beach, quiet and yet close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely. I would most definitely recommend it to my friends but not those who might prefer a large resort vibe. This place is a gem and would be wasted on them!!

Nice place clean rooms and good service.

We went as a group of friends. They let us check in really late with no fuss. The rooms were clean and simple with everything you need. There was free coffee. The balconys are pleasant. The fee was very reasonable.

We went there for swimming almost every week during this hot weather. 70 baht per person.

The location is far from the central and there isn't taxi service, so its a problem. If you want you can contect with a driver before you came... And after rent a motorcycle

It located in the very quiet area along the river. Not very far from the centre but should have cars, no public transportation in the area. Breakfast is very simple.

Really depends on what you're looking for. It's away from everything and is a place that you can only get to if you have a car. The guy who runs the place is really nice and friendly. The room rate is really cheap and all the basic amenities r here. The pranburi national park with a mangrove walk way is a few km away. Worth the visit.

Lovely hotel, picturesque surroundings, beach, garden area and pool, good breakfast. Rooms look nice but the beds are the hardest beds ever, like sleeping on a brick wall. The mattress is as hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. I attended a training their, and fell in love with this hotel. The hotel is Thai style. Foreigners should love it. The place is nice and tranquil. The hotel was wonderful. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the surroundings were green and filled with birdsong. The pool was lovely, and breakfast was individual, with three options to choose from. We had a bungalow by the river, which we really enjoyed. It was quiet at night, and fewer birds woke us up at dawn. If we're ever in the area again, we'll stay at this resort again.

Great Family Beach Hotel This is a small but modern family hotel. Set on the beach next to a kitesurfing site it is south of the Hua Hin city (15 km) and in the middle of condominiums. It is located in a right distance, far enough from all city commotion but close enough for a quick drive to the city area. The rooms are very clean and new with design that really make you feel at home. In sum, it is one of great place to spend time with your loved one.

This is one of the best hotels that we've ever stayed here in Thailand. A hidden gem in a quiet area that's perfect for families and anyone else. Near train station, near night market and about 200m to the Hua Hin beach. We did get the room with they call sea view, but we cannot see the sea from our room. The room is big and clean. Most of the guests at this hotel are on long lets, which means the rooms available are limited, but the rooms are adequate and clean. Staff are lovely and the location is on the edge, meaning just far away from the main entertainment areas of soi 94 making it extremely peaceful. Great views fron the rooms at the front overlooking the distant mountains.

The hotel is nice comparing to the price. It’s clean and the air conditioner worked well. The bathroom had mold but it’s not that bad. Receptionists were friendly.
