Fantastic location - very close to Market village. If you want to order grab for food that is an option too. There is drinking water available which is great and a simple kitchen with a mircowave. I stayed in a few different rooms. They were all clean and very comfortable. A home away from home. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. I stayed for around 7 nights; would have stayed longer but it was fully booked at one point. If location is important and accessibility to taxis food places then this is the place.

The drinking water is very clean, which is unheard of for Thailand.

Very loud at night from nearby bars and cars and train, room smells moldy, house is old bathroom is old.
Thankfully there's a screen on the door so I can air the room out
Bad location because it's next to the highway but you cant actually walk there, it's walled off.

Position is great, close to everything but far from the main noisy street. Owner with an English better than mine, was great. They also provided us a motorbike in great conditions for the length of our stay. Big shared kitchen and space at the entrance, great for chilling and eat something.

I stayed at Tientong guesthouse by recommendation of a friend, and I was very pleased, I met Som, who runs the guesthouse. She takes care of it very well.
It is clean, cozy, room was very spacious, internet work perfectly. There is a kitchen upstairs where to prepare some coffee or have chill time.
Although is next to the railroad at nights is quiet enough inside the room.
What's most important Som treats you right from the beginning as a friend!.
I am sure going back to her house !
And I recommend all travelers to stay at her homestay!

The guest house is in a good location for the train station, bus routes and Hua Hin nightlife.
The hosts speak excellent English and are extremely helpful.
The rooms are basic but clean and functional. Definitely value for money.

We spent one night here before going to the south.
The owner is really nice, the room is clean and well equipped. The bathroom (private) was downstairs and you can also use the kitchen.
The guesthouse is well located and you can walk from here to go to the restaurant or even to the beach.
The value is really great for the price !
We definitely recommend this place and we would have stayed longer if we had time.

What a great location. Close to a walking street, but no noise. Walking distance to the beach and train station.
Rooms have everything you need.
Reception area is used to teach Thai students English. Coming downstairs to be greeted by these students was a lovely experience and should be embraced.

Lovely owner, speaks good English and she is really helpful. Rooms are clean with AC. Price per night is decent. Highly recommend this place. ?

A nice guesthouse on a quiet soi behind Grand Hotel Hua Hin. Great place if you want to stay in the center of the city and want to have a good rest.

Guest house provided drinking water had communal kettle, microwave and seating on balcony.
Room was keen with comfy bed, tv and fridge.
Is a little walk to everything and did have a problem with the dirty tap water for a short while.
