We upgraded our room to a sea view, and the breakfast was also excellent and plentiful. The rooftop pool was amazing and not crowded

The amusement park downstairs was very convenient, and ordering takeout via Grab was a breeze. You can also get to the beach by walking through the train station

The family-friendly entertainment facilities are abundant, with a large water park, an indoor kids' club, and a game center

Plus, it's super close to the water park, and staying at the hotel gets you free admission tickets to the park

The hotel service was excellent, and the pools were numerous and large, perfect for kids. The beach right outside is also lovely, and I've noticed that Hua Hin's sea has become much cleaner in recent years

Wonderful hotel, location perfect, loads of choices of sunbeds, getting 2-3 towels and fresh water and icecream, nice nearby places to have wonderful food, staff extremely friendly, breakfast over the top (including everything one can possibly think of!)

The hotel has three different pools and easy access to the beach. It’s also very quiet and peaceful. There was one minor issue that slightly spoiled our stay

The hotel staff even left a cake when they cleaned our room, which was a very thoughtful touch! It's perfect for a family vacation, especially the hotel's beach where you can enjoy the sea breeze, sunbathe, and swim – it's incredibly relaxing

## Room: The room was spacious enough. We booked a pool access room, which was indeed much more expensive on weekends, but perfect for families with children. ## Facilities: Overall, the facilities were great

The location is excellent, with a beach and just a 5-minute walk across a skybridge to Market Village, which has dining and shopping options. ## Drawbacks: There was no bathtub in the room

If I insisted on a pool-facing room, they only had one on the first floor, which had just been renovated and smelled strongly, and it wasn't even the room type I booked

Even with the windows and doors closed, we could hear the noise during the day. I spoke to the staff, but they said there were no rooms available facing the pool

When you're on vacation, your schedule is usually packed, and we ended up wasting a lot of time trying to sort out the room problem. I'm not sure if this was an issue with booking through Trip

com customer service, and they tried their best to help, but the issue remained unresolved. The hotel didn't offer any compensation either

com or if the hotel treats guests differently. I definitely won't be choosing this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to my friends

Lovely hotel in Hua Hin. Room was spacious enough for 2 and clean. The location is close enough to town to walk, or right on the beach too. Staff all lovely and helpful.

It’s a nice hotel close to the beach and markets. The staff were friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. They even cooked a separate vegetarian breakfast especially for me, which was very kind and sweet. ☺️

We stayed here for our honeymoon and everything was beyond expectation! Originally booked the Standard room but the lovely staff Pueng surprised us with an upgrade to a Deluxe room such a sweet gesture

The room was beautifully set up with balloons and a cake, super super cute and thoughtful! The whole vibe of the resort is just perfect for relaxing, meditating, or simply unwinding

I was stayed here few times since when hotel was open and they still have my record! So impressed. Located near Cicada market and short walk to the beach from next alley

Ibis is far from any shops or restaurants but the beach nearby is better than the beach in town which you can't really swim in because of all the rocks

Good location and good services, and close to the beach. There is also a small alley next to the hotel where you can walk to enjoy the sea view.

It's a winner if you are coming for a swim at the beach although tbh the beaches in Hua Hin aren't great. As for the rooms they are good. Rules a bit strict regarding the balcony considering the current laws in Thailand

This hotel is fantastic and so well equipped. The little animal farm, pools, various gardens, hammocks, beach chairs, a beautiful parrot Rocky and so much more

We were right next to a fenced in doggie area that had a little agility course set up. Breakfast was included and the selection was large. You could also order a la carte and warm/cold beverages

A wonderful place, right at the beach, only not no sandy beach, the sea comes strait up to a wall

While we did somewhat miss our late afternoon drinks and snacks at the lagoon pool bar, we enjoyed every other aspect of our stay immensely

There are stairs to go into the sea, but better only when it is calm weather, otherwise difficult to get into and out of the sea

The rooms are realy big and nice with a wonderful bathroom and shower! They also have 2 very nice pools to swim and cool down

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, served hot and with excellent service. The pool area is stylish and relaxing — perfect for sunbathing and enjoying a laid-back afternoon

The hotel is great! Even though the room facilities are a bit old, the environment more than makes up for it. The staff are all incredibly enthusiastic, and the hotel is right across from the beach

An amazing experience! The pool has direct access to the beach, and the hotel front desk can arrange a shuttle to the water park, which includes complimentary tickets

That's my only complaint was the damp cold room. Other than that hotel is impressive. Its about a 10min walk to a store for snacks. Pool water was cold, on the edge of being too cold. I would definitely stay again

We had an unforgettable stay at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin! Our king-sized room had direct access to a pool designed like a winding river — you could step in right from your room and swim all the way to the bar or beach

We did quick turn to Hua Hin and stayed just one night in this hotel. Nice location, nice beach, nice hotel. We had our cat with us and service for pet was +10 We will come again for longeer time.

Absolutely stunning grounds here along with the pool and beach. Rooms are nice however the AC feels like it just cools the air and never removes humidity so it's a damp cold

This is a great hotel set across vast grounds with lush gardens and stunning pool area facing the beach. It is unfortunate that this level of standard does not extend to the accommodation part of the stay

The hotel is beautiful with a lush and relaxing atmosphere. The service is excellent and very attentive. There is also a lovely Happy Hour with unlimited snacks and chocolates, which was a great treat

Our shower had a temperature malfunction on the first night and could not be used properly until the next day. The hotel mentioned complimentary gestures (afternoon tea or a villa upgrade), but we didn’t receive them

Kids and adults can swim and have fun there. Breakfast selection is perfect and can sit outside on the beach pool side or in an aircondition room

The only setback is the need of a sheltered porch at the front entrance such that car drop off could prevent the guest from getting wet from the rain… In addition more electricity power points could be installed nearer the sofa

Located right on chom beach, 5 minute walking distand from Cicada and Tamarind markets. Rooms are a bit old but overall well maintained and clean. Pet friendly and great for families as the rooms are spacious.

Absolutely value of money! The only one complaint is a main pool. The pool was dirty during the week of our stay and be a bit cleaner close to weekends when locals came to the hotel

Super nice. But be aware that there are two sides of the hotel. The one I stay doesn’t connect to the beach. We have to cross the road to go to the beach.

All is good and nice beach club to chill but the place is full of mosquito in the room as well. Maybe can consider having electric mosquito killer.

Services and the amenities are great. The only comment I would have is that there were house keeping coming into our rooms after we left when we told another one that we do not wish to clean the room

In every visit in Hua hin i stay at this hotel. The hotel location is in walking distance from 2 big malls: Market village and BluPort and many restaurants and massage places. The beach is 10 minutes walking distance

The rooms are big, Shower have strong hot water, bed is big and comfort and there is a big balcony with 2 sun beds and view to the swimming pool. Breakfast is fresh and tasty with big selection

The WiFi internet is not very good The staff itself is very nice and especially A and an always smiling trainee at the breakfast was fantastic. The location on Soi 94 is really good but the beach is pretty dirty

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Market Village and a nearby shopping mall. Plus, there are 24-hour options like McDonald's and Burger King, along with several affordable massage shops in the area

This is my second visit to Chiva Som and I came here this time as I have significant health issues including the fact that I couldn’t physically walk and am awaiting knee replacement surgery

If you want to make or receive phone calls you will have to do that in the privacy of your own room or on the beach out of range of guests trying to find some solitude

Like something of a biblical miracle, Chiva Som put me on a programme of physical therapy and treatments which eventually enabled me to walk! People were whispering ‘that lady who was on the walking stick can walk now’ and questions were asked about who had treated me

It’s the incredible team spirit, everybody you will meet is really dedicated to get the best possible results for your body and soul. Food is excellent, also on the diet plans and service allover is seamless and friendly

(1) We book the same room each time (upper floor sea view ) and our Butler ( Vivie ) prepares the bed exactly as we want it with one side of the bed slightly firmer and warmer ( my wife’s ) and my side softer and cooler

Our pool barely got any sun, so the water was freezing cold. We hardly got to enjoy the pool during our three-day stay. Breakfast was also very mediocre, couldn't find much to eat

Booked a pool villa for three nights. The privacy wasn't great; we were on the first floor and another family was staying above us, with only bamboo separating us

5-year-old child has a fever, so I requested to have breakfast for the child and the caregiver elderly person delivered to the room, but the staff gave me a dirty look

Overall, I'd say booking a non-pool room offers better value for money, as the rooms are spacious enough and come with a private bathtub

The sea-view room I booked allows us to see the sea only if we stand on the second floor; from the room itself you cannot see the sea. One of the two bathrooms has a clogged drain and smells extremely foul

Territory is big and has its own beach entrance with umbrellas, seats, and free towels. Good breakfast where everyone can find something to eat. I would like to stay here again

Being an older property, it was evident that it was mature with nice touches like a brass elephant water tap for the turtle terrarium. I am very comfortable referring this property as a good one in Hua Hin

Yes, it's a bit old and if you have a twin room on the ground floor you will hear everything outside. But it will only be talking, not cars or bikes

Stayed 8 nights hotel was ok rooms very big and clean. Pools needs some maintenance especially the salt water one. Great beach access with beds towels and umbrellas

However I spent two beautiful days, in a quiet resort, well structured, excellent Thai style rooms and what's more, I had a nice upgrade from Annie, excellent hostess, with her captivating smile, professionalism and kindness

The sand is soft and the embankment is clean. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is also immaculate. The staff were very attentive and the food at Rim Talay was quite tasty

It was two of the best days in this resort in Hua Hin, but unfortunately the last. I learned a few days before, that on June 1st, it will close forever and they will build on its ashes, a condominium

I love the Hotel, the garden, the pool, the rooms, the quality of food and the friendliness of the employees but unfortunately it is not good for beach lovers

Its not too big smd not too smsll. Excellent food options on site. Immediate to the beach with a selection of garden furniture with which you can establish a romantic evening setting. Staff simply wonderful night and day

I particularly liked the bathroom with its separate wet and dry zones. The modern wall-mounted shower meant I didn't have to worry about getting my hair wet, and the hot water was easy to adjust
