Fresh fish porridge for breakfast is delicious. There is coffee and bread.
Location is near the morning market. In the evening, there is food for sale near the accommodation.
The room is spacious and clean, but the TV does not receive a good signal. The wifi is okay.

Lovely accommodation, with parking, large rooms, lots of usable space, conveniently located in the middle of the community, easy to travel, easy to find food.

The room is clean and tidy. The staff is lovely and polite. The coffee shop has a nice atmosphere.

Checked in at almost 4am, but the staff came out to greet me. They spoke nicely. The house was clean. It was my first time staying here and I was impressed. 💕💕

Accommodation is good, quiet and safe. Parking is good, but breakfast, if there are more people staying, there will be food provided as well. If there are few people staying, there will only be coffee, bread, and Patongko.

We arrived around 9 pm and were welcome by calm and quietness.
Room and bathroom was clean. Had a little patio. Very quiet at night- air con worked well!

Pillow were comfortable however bed was extremely hard and could feel the springs of the mattress but found out in the morning that the other side of the bed was more padded- hopefully not all mattresses are like that here!

The room is very clean, complete with amenities. There is a cafe opposite, plenty of parking, and bicycle rental service.

Considered a good hotel Just not across the street, no beach, no sea view. Focusing on relaxation, it's a good value for money.

It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. It was in a good position for Ao Manao beach but you do need transport.

Unfortunately, the hotel is past its prime and could do with some refurbishment. Large areas, the windows and large decorative elements in the entrance area could be cleaned and polished (looks like water stains and dull).
Rooms are not insulated towards the balconies, a bit louder during outdoor events.
Super friendly staff.
Incredibly good breakfast buffet, more like a Thai brunch with 12 warm and unusual dishes. Small and well usable fitness trainer with probably the most fantastic view in the middle of the sea (the room is open, so you can really look straight out).
4 stars for a great price value ratio and the very friendly stuff!

Older hotel that needs a serious remodel. Very out dated but looks good in pictures. Buffet breakfast not good. Horrible coffee
Positives, nice staff, beautiful ocean views, clean rooms and very comfy mattress. Slept great. This is a 3 star property and should be priced around 1000 baht.

Seriously, foods are not tasty. Breakfast or order foods to eat during dinner time or room service. We went to stay so many times but still have not improved yet. Foods are cold, never get hot. Like cook long time already and served to the customer. Foods are sometimes sweet and sometimes salty.

Not worth the price. The hotel is not very well maintained. Look almost run down. Dust cobweb mould and not organised well at all.

Swimming pool is too small to do lap swim.

Gym is good with a view but very small too

Seriously dated hotel. Chipped paint everywhere room is out of the year 2000. Way off the beaten path. Service staff was not very happy about their existence. Room was definitely clean.
