Nice and friendly staff.. Even with the disaster situation, they still tried their best to get food for us. The location is strategic, and the room is large enough for 3 adults. The washroom is also considered very clean. And they had cutie cat adopted at the lobby, but since all of us got locked down in the hotel during the disaster period, the cat manager decided to have a business tour around the rooms.
Recommended if anyone choose to stay over Hatyai.

The geographical environment is good, but the water from the bathroom tap is very weak and has a slightly salty taste.
There is also no kettle in the room to boil water, so I had to go to the counter and ask the front desk staff to help fill hot water.
In addition, the desk in the room is a bit small, which makes it inconvenient to eat takeaway food in the hotel room.

good location near kim yong and Lee garden market only few min will reach the place。

Location wise it's good d as walking distance to Kim Yong Market, Clock Tower as well as Lee Gardens Night Market within 5 minutes for all this place. Staff polite and helpful. But unfortunately no Kettle is provided in the room and water heater not function well as the water temperature will be suddenly too cold or either too hot.
