I would like to propose a new approach to the booking process.
Regarding bookings, since I am using a Diamond-tier account, when I make a reservation for a guest or anyone else, it is not necessary for me to know the guest’s name at the time of booking. What matters is the booking number that we present. The guest who checks in can simply use their own name, as long as it matches their ID card or passport, that should be sufficient.
There is no need for us to contact or disturb the guest just to ask for their name, especially since sometimes the booking may be made up to 12 hours in advance. Therefore, I would like to suggest that we improve this process by applying a Kaizen approach.
Nowadays, we should prioritize convenience in the booking process. Booking should not require the guest’s full name in advance.
I would also like to raise another point. In the airline industry, passengers can complete online booking and even online check-in, despite having very strict security systems. However, in the hotel industry, I do not understand why online check-in is still not fully implemented.
Why is that?

Worth every penny.
We were even allowed to upgrade our room, which made the stay even better. The hotel provides private parking (a big plus), and everything was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely consider staying again.

The Owner Saved Our Lives During the Flood
My family and I were stranded in Hatyai for 7 days due to the severe flood, and staying at this hotel truly became a blessing. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the hotel owner and his team. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine care went far beyond the responsibilities of a normal hotel.
The owner personally made sure every guest was safe, well-informed, and supported throughout the crisis. He arranged food daily, checked on us regularly, and ensured we were all well taken care of during a very frightening time. His calm management and quick action gave us comfort and hope when everything outside was uncertain.
We will forever remember his generosity and how much he did to help us through this difficult situation. This is not just a hotel — it is a place run by people with real heart.
Rest assured, you can stay at this hotel with complete confidence.Highly recommended, not only for its facilities, but for the outstanding humanity shown by the owner.

Leevana Hatyai is a brilliant choice for a restful and convenient stay. The noise insulation was fantastic, allowing for a perfectly quiet night's sleep, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've encountered in a city hotel. All the essentials worked flawlessly—strong air conditioning and reliable hot water. Plus, the quick and efficient check-in/check-out process made the overall experience stress-free. A straightforward, high-quality, and highly recommended hotel.

I had a great stay at **Leevana Hotel Hatyai**. The staff was friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient with easy access to food and local attractions, yet still quiet enough for a good rest. For the price, the comfort and service are excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hatyai!

Value for money hotel in Hatyai especially during weekend.
Location was a bit far however there is 7-11 next to the hotel which makes everything easy.
Hotel itself have a shabu shop and there is plenty of bar nearby the hotel.
Parking was available for those who drive.

Stayed at Hotel Leevana and really liked the location. Super convenient — 7-Eleven is just next door, Dimsum Chabura is right opposite, and Kaitod Decha is only a short walk away. Rooms are comfy, staff are friendly, and overall it’s a great spot if you want easy access to food and convenience stores in Hatyai.
