Strategic location, easy access to shopping and eateries areas. Room is clean and nicely maintained.

Good place to stay. Especially to all the girls out there. Whether single or moms can enjoy here. Bcoz when u go down from hotel lobby. Shopping haven awaits you. Very safe and accessible.

Good enough hotel for the price. The breakfast buffet is just 150 Baht, and they have a typical rice meal buffet at the 33rd floor for 169 Baht. The room has your basic amenities (I don't count room slippers, body moisturiser, bathrobe, and clothing iron as essential) such as:

- shower caps
- shampoo and body soap
- solid hand soap
- cotton buds
Room is old, but you get what you pay for with the price (it's a 3 star hotel). But it's very spacious.

Receptionist was polite. Bellman was friendly. Location is good because fast food restaurants, street hawkers, and local dining places are easy to get to. Hotel is quite outdated. It includes a free breakfast which is great to start the day. Price is reasonable. I was quoted 200B for 1 hour full body massage, but they close at 22:00. Sounds reasonable.

Love this hotel. The location is superb and the Staff are very friendly and helpful. They help me to contact my travel to another day, really appreciate. In the around of hotel a lot of delicious culinary.

My family and I were staying at Lee Gardens Hatyai when the recent flood occurred, and I must express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding dedication shown by the hotel team throughout the situation.
Despite facing operational challenges and uncertainty themselves, the staff remained calm, organised, and consistently attentive to every guest’s needs. They ensured we were safe, well-informed, and well-taken care of ..from preparing meals and managing logistics to offering emotional comfort and maintaining a positive atmosphere despite the circumstances.
The team even found small ways to keep everyone’s spirits up, demonstrating genuine hospitality that goes beyond standard service. Their professionalism, teamwork, and kindness truly made a difference during a stressful time.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was prepared with care, and the central location remains one of the best in Hat Yai ..but what truly sets this hotel apart is its people.
Thank you to the entire Lee Gardens Hatyai team for your resilience and compassion. We are very grateful for the experience and will definitely return again under better weather, hopefully.
